I love this hotel. I would pick this place over the Waldorf any day. The staff is great, the apartments are huge (for the city) and everything is super clean. Doesn't feel much like a hotel at all. I loved it so much, I emailed the GM to tell him. Then he came out of his office to meet me when I checked out. Great experience!

I thought the suite I booked worked perfectly for our family, the staff was very helpful, having breakfast there in the morning and a full working kitchen was very helpful and made the trip more economical. They could use a few more pots/pans/utensils in the kitchen but really not a big problem.

I spent one night for an event on the same street, so basically only slept in the room and did not hang out at all at the hotel. I got upgraded to a larger room (2 bedroom) and the space was enormous for the price at that location.The bed was comfortable and I am pretty picky ( I often stay at 5-star hotels). Room was very nice and comfortable. The only complaint we have is the windows were very drafty and the noise from the street interrupted our sleep. Service trucks at the Marriott kept us awake lots. Brkfst could be improved

My room--5D--was enormous! It was a 1 bedroom apartment with a sleeper sofa, a big bathroom, and nice size kitchen. We had a few girls staying in the room for a bachelorette party. We had a few more girls in the room prior to going to the Yankee game. The front desk kept calling us saying that their were too many people in the room. Not only was the location great but having a kitchen was so convenient. There was a grocery store within walking distance, which made everything perfect. Stayed in one of the Penthouse rooms on the top floor. The pump room was next to our bathroom and was marked as PUMP ROOM on the door. The pump was quite noisy and would run for 15 seconds and then shut off for 2 minutes and then run for 15 seconds. This continued the entire time. Nice enough room, very big (probably the biggest you can find at a reasonable price) and clean in a good location close to Grand Central. But it was way too hot and there is no way to adjust temperature. Also very noisy heating system and even noisier adjacent parking garage behind hotel. Got almost no sleep at all.

Our suite was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly. The downs are the lack of view because the hotel only has 9 floors and the extremely small size of the lobby which does not make it welcoming especially if you arrive when people are checking out.

Great service, cleaniless, staff, and spacious room in the units. There was a nice giftbasket in the refrigerator waiting for us, and the rooms were equipped with plenty of extra towels and blankets. And the complimentary breakfast was very pleasant as well. The price was also reasonable for the hotel's accommodations.
