The walls are very thin, you could here everything around you. We thought we'd need the kitchenette for our stay but didn't making me wish we had stayed somewhere else.

Very convenient to Liberty University, and a really warm and welcoming staff, especially the night clerk. Great rate. Here's what they don't have: unlike most extended stay places, no fun bag of microwave popcorn awaits. No decaf coffee or tea, just caffeinated coffee (which was fine for me). NO SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER! Excellent stay with no complaints, I will definitely I be using this hotel again in the future. Fair pricing was a deciding factor in my stay at this hotel, it wasn't the cheapest, but it was far below the most expensive options. Nice area of town as well, plenty of places within walking distance.

Room was a little small but adequate. Walls need some more sound proofing. Amenities are as expected. Accommodations are scarce in any hotel chain in this area. So...its worth the stay.

We had to extend our stay because of a death in the family and the hotel was as nice as could be. The day after we explained why we had to extend our stay - we came back to the room to find a beautiful vase of flowers and a sympathy card from the hotel. The room was clean and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. The bathroom was not only clean it smelled clean - a huge must! The halls were clean and the parking was plenty (even on a sold out night and we had a trailer attached to one of our trucks). Not only was this hotel clean, convenient, and friendly, but their customer service was even more than exceptional. I brought my favorite pillow from home, and then LEFT IT in the room -- ugh! They mailed it free of charge to my home and I received it today. This will be the ONLY place in Lynchburg for me from now on!

This hotel was adequate for my purposes. Right across the street from Liberty University and close to most needed stores. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and in room coffee set-up only had decaf. Room was clean and hotel staff accomodating.

Extended Stay was surprisingly nice for the price. My husband and I took our 8 month old and there was room for her pack and play and plenty of room for her to play and crawl around. The room was very clean and had a nice fridge, microwave and mini stove top which made meals inexpensive and convenient.
