Excellent location 1/2 block off of Michigan Ave in the heart of the "Magnificant Mile." The hotel was beautifull and well maintained. I could not have asked for a better stay with my family. Even the parking was resonable.

"GREAT ROOM FOR THE MONEY"

The room temp was not regulated well. Too hot and then it was too cold and fan would not turn off. Fan ran all night. The doorman was very nice. Did not get his name, but he was asian. He got us a large cab, got our airline tickets and was very helpful with our bags. He was very friendly.

Courtyard Magnificent Mile lived up to the best of the Courtyard concept. Our room was ready early so we checked in at 10:00 a.m. Great location. And having a Starbucks in the hotel is heaven!

Located 1 block from Michigan Ave. puts it in a perfect location. The staff in the hotel at the main desk and door entrance were extremely curtious and made you feel important as a customer of their hotel.

The hotel was great, service was great. The restaurant in the lobby area had amazing food and the best service. The only downfall was the construction on the facade of the building. It was from 9 am - 5 pm and woke us up every morning. We were on our honeymoon so this was not very satisfying to us. Overall, great hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It is within walking distance to most Chicago attractions. The staff is outstanding! All of the staff we encountered were always friendly and went above and beyond to help when asked. We will definitely be visiting this hotel in the future!

The hotel was better than i thought. the front desk personel were very friendly. when you get there do self park and then ask for a voucher at desk. you end up payin less for the the night. the room was clean and in good condition. pillows were amazing. ask about breakfeast, we never heard about it. over all great location and great hotel. would def return

For some reason - I thought there was a continental breakefast and was very disappointed after realizing I must have been thinking about another hotel... Hotel staff was not extrememly helpful with directions. Fast check in, parking was close but rather pricey - just under $30/day. Being downtown makes you feel almost like being trapped in a cage - the only place to look is UP. We wanted to swim but due to some guests spraying silly string everywhere - including elevators/pool, the pool was closed for cleaning, which was OK because it was only 4 ft. deep and very small. The staff outside the hotel was really friendly and got us a cab in about 3 sec. Overall - a nice quick overnight stay, wishing it would have been a better deal through this site. Next time we'll stay outside of the city to save on parking and cab fees.

The Hotel is a block away from the Magnificent Mile so we walked to most of our destinations. The only place we didnt walk to was Wrigley field which was only a $10 cab ride.

we were 2 adults, and my 2 big teenage kids, we were very confortable in a room 2 queen bed, maybe i would be happier and cnfortable with a safe deposit box in the room

The Courtyard Marriot has an excellent location and good value. The room was a standard business type accommodation. I had trouble getting the heat comfortable- I was either too hot or too cold. The comforter on the bed was thin. I asked for an additional blanket but it too was thin. The swimming pool is not long enough for lap swimming. It would be fine for small children.

I have stayed at Marriott Courtyards. ALWAYS clean, comfortable. Great location -- easy to walk to Art Institute, Water Tower, shopping on Michigan Avenue. LOTS of restaurants nearby. The desk service staff were very friendly and helpful. Remember to ask about parking discount!

If you are looking for an easy convenient hotel to do some shopping, this is the one. If you are on family vacation, this is not a good choice. The bathroom was very clean!

Parking is very expensive. I guess you can get a hotel voucher, but they don't volunteer that information. Otherwise, a very nice location and friendly hotel for the money.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable...this was my first visit to Chicago and now it won't be my last! I would absolutely stay here again. My only complaint is when we checked in the staff never mentioned guests get a discount on the nearby parking garage...we actually discovered it ourselves after we checked out and already paid for our parking. I guess it's a discount of about $6.00, but in Chicago....every little bit helps, and it would've been nice if they offered it up upon check-in. Not a big deal, but it gave us the impression they weren't going to advertise it, if you found out on your own fine, but they weren't going to tell you if you didn't.

I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, and the location is 1 block from Michigan Ave. I also like that Corner Bakery, my favorite breakfast spot, is only 1 block away. I will definitely stay here again when I need a hotel in Chicago.

Extremely comfortable beds, clean, and quiet rooms. The building was very secure and very friendly staff. A very quick in and out kind of hotel. Small lobby which I prefer, we walked enough around the city to have to walk in a huge lobby when we were exhausted and wanted to get into our room.
