I will not stay here again. Upon arriving, several men were outside drinking beer, smoking, and loitering in parking lot, all leering when I drove up. I quickly went and locked myself in my room. The men hung around until late at night, making me fearful of going outside my room. Another group of men were cussing loudly in English on the second floor. […] Around midnight, I heard my front door squeak and the manager's voice talking to an individual asking that individual what he was doing there, that if he did not go away, he would call police. Thankfully, individual went away once manager persuaded him and told him he could not be there. Needless to say, I slept little that night. In bathroom the non-slip bathtub mat was full of black grime on the underside. Carpeting looked new but blackened my bare feet when I briefly walked on it barefoot. Ceiling in bathroom was black with mold. Pictures online indicated a large roomy parking area, which was not the case at all. The room had hot cheetos on the floor when I walked over to the a/c unit. The bathroom had a nicotine patch on bathroom wall and after showering it smelled funky like maybe they should try bleaching the walls. I expected a clean and nice smelling room.

I made my reservation at this place online. When I got there, it looked really dirty on the outside and I couldn't find any parking I could get my car in. As a woman traveling alone, the hotel clerk put me in the lower floor outermost room despite my objections.I went into the room and immediately knew I did not want to stay there. First, the room condition is very bad. There is a broken power outlet on the wall and all wires exposed. The sink is leaking. The dryer is broken and never works. Second, the room is dirty. Thirdly, this hotel provides free internet connection. But the signal is very weak and unstable. During two days, i only had about 30 mins to use internet. Fourth, the front desk staff was not helpful. When I asked for help regarding the internet connection problem, she said she could not do anything because no other people complained this. Fifth, the parking lot is EXTREMELY small and tight. It might take you 10-15 mins to park your car in an appropriate position. Also, you will find problem in open your door as another car was just half feet away besides your car. Finally, the breakfast is insufficient. Although it is available from 6-9am. But normally, there is nothing left around 8:40am. I went there two mornings at 8:40am, and found out that only juice left. The front desk staff did not add any new items. The breakfast desk is besides the front desk. There are very limited items. Also, you have to bring the breakfast back to your room as there is no space for eating at all. Read more

Perfectly fine, staff seems friendly enough. Parking in the motel lot is a pain in the neck. My biggest complaint was the shower - it would randomly change from the comfortable temperature I set it at to scalding hot to ice cold with no warning whatsoever. But the bed is comfortable, the room is clean, the price is low.

TV did not work when I arrived. Refrgerator froze beverages solid. Heater did not work. They brought an electric oil filled radiator type heater in, but it barely put out any heat. This motel is a two-star. It's safe, it's got everything it advertises, but you wouldn't want to take your girlfriend to it. It's run down. I asked for a room change to get away from the road noise... the rooms are not fully soundproofed. The only rooms I would suggest are upstairs and facing away from the road. A very bad example of a super 8 motel! ...and I wonder who wrote the good reviews? the manager himself? About 50% of the rooms were former smoking rooms...and they smell terribly! There is even a sign in the room that "the room has been cleaned to remove tobacco odor", which was obviously not efficient at all. If you are not used to staying at low budget hotels then this is not the place for you. It's rough. My room was clean and the guy at the desk was nice. I stayed here three days over a weekend. I just needed a place to sleep. Breakfast was virtually nothing, waffle and cereal and coffee. The wireless internet connection runs at dial up speed (almost) […] so if you think you are going to work out of your room forget it. The surrounding neighborhood is rough. Not really dangerous, but there is nothing within walking distance anyway. It is right next to the freeway but if you are coming in from the north it is very tough to find. It's an older hotel, but good enough as long as you aren't expecting more than a two star hotel. It's exactly what you expect at this price in San Francisco. I would stay there again if I had limited options, but I wouldn't stay there with my family. If you can rough it, stay here. If you are one of those people who expect every hotel to be like the Ritz Carlton and complain because the towel has a stain (it's a stain, like the one on the shirt you are wearing) or the coffee in the room isn't like Starbucks then don't stay here and then complain. I had a two person room with a queen size bed. Plus: - You don't need a car to go to the caltrain station if you are willing to walk 15 minutes. - The room was relatively big/convenient and there were two chairs and one small table [too small to be used by 2 people at the same time] - The freeway is very close but you nearly don't hear it in the night. - […] Clean Minus: - The room got very hot during the day (it was directly under the roof), however, it has a (loud) air condition that could be turned on. - The smell reminded me of cigarette smoke but it was not as strong as it might sound. - The room cleaning service just comes in in the morning at 08:25 without knocking. - The free wifi internet access is not high speed at all. In fact, I just couldn't use it at all most of the evening and early morning (the connections timed out very often). At noon it was slow but at least useable. - The water for the tea was cold when I wanted to get the free breakfast at 08:30. But the rooms were equipped with microwaves so I could help myself. The only issue I might have with this hotel is that they had free WiFi. We could never use it because it did not reach to our room. I talked to the manager about it and they said they would have someone check it, but it never changed. Everything else was good.

lage perfekt fuer die, die ein auto haben fuer andere nicht ;) fruehstueck ist leider keines also nur kaffee und kornflaks am empfang zu verspeisen. sonst zimmer sind dafuer top, wasserkocher, microwelle, großen tv, und was sonst noch so standart ist. zimmer aber sehr hellhoerig ;)
