The overall experience was good. We wanted to be in walking distance of the Mall of Louisiana but it was not. We were disappointed with the continental breakfast. There is a Waffle House nearby that I would definitely recommend going to in lieu of the hotel's breakfast.

We have stayed at many hotels. This hotel had the most comfortable beds and pillows ever!! We stayed in a junior suite which accommodated all 6 of my family members perfectly. Many hotels in this area do not have this type of room. We will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was a buffet with many choices.

Our king size non smoking suite was a disappointment for the following reasons: 1. There was a washrag from the previous guest left hangning on the shower rod 2. The hot water in the bath tub was non existent. The handle on the bathtub water faucet did not turn enough to allow hot water to come out. We were very disappointed in our experience.

Staff was very nice..Location 5 min. from the Airport...Went to Bowl in the USBC Nationals, drive was about 15 min. to the bowling center and to the gambling places, no big deal to me but if you are here to gamble just remember it's not close and you must have a car. We had a suite which was nice for the extra room..

we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the only complaint we have is that the prices of the food and drinks in the cafe were way too high. so we had to find other places to eat, and drink. it was very convient to the highway, only problem you have there is that the light signal coming out of the hotel takes a very long time to change, some time you sit […] there for at least 10 minutes waiting on it to change. hotel was very quiet, we were on the top floor and hardly ever heard a plane go over. would stay here again. Hotel staff was super friendly. Brouht towels and extra toiletries when we needed it. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Will definitely stay again if need be.

the room was awesome and was always clean when i came back form sightseeing. it is a hotel to stay but not to order from breakfast was expensive!!! and offerings for dinner were not to my liking. Location was goo in the sense of proximity to the highway. Although did not like the neighborhood...

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. My room was very quiet, excellent staff who were very helpful and friendly. Close to the airport, I called when I arrived and they were there to pick me up in less than 10 minutes. Limited menu in the dining room but friendly staff.

The hotel is minutes away from the airport. I was really impressed with the people working there. Very friendly and was never rude. The room I stayed in was very clean and the decoration was better than I thought. I will definitely stay there again.

Good service, clean room, easy location and friendly staff. No issues with physical plant, and pool and hot tub quite enjoyable for morning coffee. Breakfast overpriced for what it is, but I didn't go there for the food.

The room was very clean and very quiet. We stayed in the Jr. Suite and there was adequate amount of room for me and my children to move around. Good location and convenient to airport and main interstate. Ate breakfast at IHop around the corner from the hotel.

We were very impressed with the condition of this hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the issue that we had, on our second morning at about 8:15, we were abruptly woke up by the maid knocking on our door and attempting to come inside. We did not know that we needed to put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door to keep the maid out […] at such an early hour.
