It was very spacious for my family of 5. I will like to recommend that you change the mattreses. I left florida aching all over. Also, you should have a welcome packet that includes a small packet of washing detergent, coffee and filter dishwashing liquid. The neighborhood is not very good but complex could be made a little bit more exciting considering that a lot of resorts around there have attractive amenities. will it cost too much to provide wireless service too?

Great price, a bit further than any usual villa we had previously stayed at. The villa was very clean, however, the mattresses are in desperate needs of changing, and the pillows were hard as sandbags. We bought pillows the next morning in Walmart. No sponge in the kitchen and no soap in the powder room. The staff in the office however, was extremely helpful and nice, helped with the wireless internet connection right away and they had a goodie bag.

There is no after-hours recourse in case of emergencies or crucial maintenance requirements. For after-hours arrivals, this is disastrous -- my party usually arrives during after-hours. The reservation, specifically, was for a 3-bedroom apartment, but one of the bedrooms was locked and unavailable on Friday night when we arrived. Members of the party had to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room -- it was not comfortable. The A/C was bad upon arrival and stopped working completely by the second day. I reported the situation during registration the following day. I was told that a technician had just checked the unit, but that someone would come again. They may have. I cannot be certain because we spend very few of the day hours in the apartment. The second evening the A/C unit seemed to run weakly, but by morning it was definitely not working again. By the time we came home from the Disney parks and dinner, we could no longer reach anyone at Beachtree Villas and there was no air whatsoever coming out of the vents in the apartment. We spent a terrible last uncomfortable night. I will not be returning to Beachtree Villas. There are other rental providers in the vicinity which for just a few more dollars a night provide nighttime service. The entire situation and all the inconvenience might have been avoided if we had been given the option to move to a different unit.

We stayed in a 3BR condo on quick notice over a weekend. The rates were great, especailly for a 3BR condo. I imagine weekly rates are even better. The condo was very clean. Beds were a little soft for my liking, but surprisingly I slept very well. Had one issue with a toliet backing up, but a plunger was avaialbe and the situation was quickly remedied. We are use to staying in hotels so remember when renting a condo, bring you own tolietries (all of them including toliet paper and other paper products). Also, bring your own dishwashing/laundry soap. Just a lesson learned for us, but nothing agaist the condo...it is just how it operates. The value was great and exceeded our expectations.

The dishwasher was falling apart and missing pieces. The linen needs to be replaced. The tvs are outdated so no gaming systems will connect to them. Someone kept changing the temperature on the hot tub and pool. I expected more for the price I had to pay for the room.

Upon checking in the gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Everything we needed was there except a cookie sheet (not a big deal) there was a ample supply of toilet paper, paper towles, dishwasher soap etc. to get us started. WE were hoping to have a room that was clean, decent, and spacious to rest our exhausted bodies after our long days at the theme parks and thats what we got. Oh and they seem to be updating the decor for those who seem to mind the bathrooms were all redone and very nice! We will be back.

You could feel the springs and they were noisey and felt like I was stuck in a rut. Not a good sleep after a long day at Disney. The unit location was nice - about 4 miles from Disney. I also didn't care for the fact that the main office where we picked up our keys was not in the same complex as the unit. It was about a mile away in a residential neighborhood.

Can get all together for a meal, gathering & even , the grandkids; even if not going to parks. These units are getting a little aged & missing some items in the kitchen utensil, pans, etc, area but still a great deal for the size, location & price.

Our only complaint was our mattress. Not real comfortable! It had seen much better days! We didn't do any of the Disneyland stuff, mainly just went for some warmth and sunshine! It was a nice quiet place to do that! If you wanted to do the Disneyland stuff I think you would be better off to stay closer than here. Lot of traffic to get there! 192 is horrible congestion, we tried to avoid it! Hope to make it back here again next year! Would recommend it for people like us in their 50's who just want some R&R!

The condos were nicely kept. I really liked the space ans sizes of the rooms. I think that a bigger television in the bedroom would have been nicer. I also think the tv should have been a little closer to the bed. I liked the size of the kitchen and dining room, but some of the basic staples that are normally in a kitchen were not there. A few trash bags would have been nice and some dish washing detergent would have helped too. It is wasteful to have to buy these things in such large quantities for ashort stay. I would have also like to have seen some sample laundry detergent as well. I had to leave what I purchased becasue it was too much to carry back. I was also not given a password for the alarm system in the condo. That would have been nice. Otherwise, the place was quiet, close to all the attractions and very clean. I would stay again, but would recommend the changes.

Overall, the villa was okay, but it was not very clean. There was dust an inch thick on the refrigerator, someone's leftover toothpaste on the shower curtain, etc. Also, please note that if you like your room very cool, don't stay here.
