"Hotel is in historical part of D.C."
I wasn't impressed with staff, I would have thought that the price I paid, there would have been some sort of continental breakfast or even fresh coffee but there wasn't either both mornings I was there. And why is there 3'' glass at the check in desk ? between me and the hotel staff, not very comforting.

It was great for the price. The hotel room itself was okay, not spectacular, but clean. The surrounding area was, for the most part nice, very residential. There's a nearby CVS, supermarket and Subway store to the left of the hotel, which is convenient. Best of all, it was only a 20 minute ride on the metro.

"You get what you pay for"
The motel while not the cleanest was ok. It was cheap and so I didn't expect much. It was a convenient location and the front desk was very nice and helpful. The area was a little sketchy but overall it wasn't too bad. You could hear your neighbors but if you turn the fan on you couldn't hear them anymore.

"Not worth it!!!!!"
I did not like the motel one bit. As soon as you walk in the motel I smell uncleaniness. The room was smelly and nasty. I would never, ever go back to that motel or any motel again. That was a last minute decision to go there and I regret it.

"I would stay there again."
My stay was fine, very relaxing and quiet. The hotel is close to all types of stores and metro. The only thing that I found odd was the fact that the shower head could not have been more than five (5) feet off the bottom of the tub. This was a problem for me as I am over six feet tall, but that aside I have no complaints at all. There was plenty of parking within just feet of the front door in their private lot and the staff was very friendly. For just a basic overnight stay I would recommend this hotel.

"You get what you pay for."
This really wasn't a great hotel. Broken doors to an awkward smell throughout the hallways to ventilation systems that don't seem to work to bathrooms that look like public toilets. It was rather disappointing but how could I complain when you consider how much I paid. Of course you expect the most from your money but you have to go in with low expectations & this fell below it.

The tv sucks no breakfast no refrigerator in the room you have to go downstairs to use a microwave other than that it's a nice place to stay my room was clean and small it had a nice bathroom.

"Great place to stay"
The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat, the only downside is the bed was a bit too firm and uncomfortable for my taste and kept me from sleeping my best. But great place to stay for a few days. Not a 5-star luxury resort but it does the job.

"not really good"
When I checked in the front desk woman gave me a room which is the worst room I've ever seen. It is December, and the floor has no carpet or even any cheap mat. The bed sheet had 3-4 cigarette burning wholes, had unclean sweaty mark, and the whole bed had a greasy oily smell with mix of Chinese food and made the whole room extremely unpleasant to stay for a single moment. I called her from the intercom and no one picks up. There were no blanket, just a thin cheap thing they give you on international flight for free.. later I had her changed the room and at least the bed wasn't had that horrible smell to freak me out.

My room was clean. The neighborhood is fine, at least in the direction of the Takoma Metro station. Pillows were thin, but they were fine for me and really better than many too-thick ones at some hotels. Everything else was OK. There was no clock in my room. I stay here often.

"Stayed in better for less money."
The bed had an earthy smell. The pillows were old and flat. The room was very basic (old television, no mini fridge). My wife found a roach in the bathroom. We have stayed in better for less money.

Non-smoking room, but cigarette burns on everything. Stains on comforter, overall unclean. Lots of people were just hanging out right outside the motel. It was cheap compared to other D.C. hotels. It was bearable for the night.

"Pay more"
Hotel is located on the edge of a neighborhood. Lots of sirens. I checked in at 1AM. People (non-guests) sleeping in public areas of the hotel. (e.g. the area where coffee pots were located). I had difficulty with wifi internet access (1 bar for all 3 wifi addresses) and tried to call the front desk. No answer. Went down to the desk. No one there.

"Just disappointing."

Hôtel mal tenu et très désorganisé. Ils n'avaient pas notre réservation ni celle du couple qui nous précédait, ni celle du couple qui nous suivait. La chambre ne contenait pratiquement pas d'endroit de rangement. Le mini frigo ne fonctionnait. Les portes étaient coinçées et difficiles à ouvrir et fermer. Le Wi-Fi n'arrêtait pas de se déconnecter. Le séchoir ne fonctionnait pas. Aucun shampooing fourni etc.

"Ganz schreckliches Hotel! Kakerlaken überall!!!"
Das Hotel ist in einem schrecklichen Zustand. Das Inventar der Zimmer ist völlig abgenutzt. Aber am schlimmsten sind die Kakerlaken und Käfer, die im Zimmer rumlaufen!!! Das Hotelpersonal hat völlig ahnungslos getan und wollte uns erzählen, das sich bisher niemand beschwert hätte und sie solche Tiere auch noch nicht gesehen hätten. In einzelnen Etagen wurde jedoch schon mit der chemischen Schädlingsbekämpfung begonnen. Hier war der chemikaliengeruch jedoch so stark, dass man Angst um seine Gesundheit haben musste! Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen ein bisschen mehr für ein Hotel auszugeben und auf dieses Motel zu verzichten.

Hôtel vieux, et en très mauvais état, mais propre et bien entretenu. A signaler que des travaux débutaient au moment de notre passage. Par contre, il est idéalement situé : une station de bus juste devant direct vers le mall (compter environ 45mn) et à 1,5KM d'une station de metro avec parking relais. Ideal pour se loger à moindre frais, et de façon pratique, à Washington

"Nicht empfehlenswert"
Leider nicht empfehlenswert, wenn man zum Sightseeing nach Washington fährt. Nicht die beste Gegend von Washington, abends das Motel verlassen lieber nur im Taxi und nicht zu Fuß. Freies WLAN aber kein Empfang im Zimmer. Ärgerlich, wenn man erst in die Lobby gehen muss um WLAN zu haben.

"1 Nacht wenn's billig sein muss"
Für 1-2 Nächte auf der Durchreise gerade noch akzeptabel. Aber nur wenn man im Netz nen günstig Preis ergattern kann. Auf keinen Fall um schöne, entspannte Ferien in Washington zu verbringen. Haben nur 1Nacht dort verbracht. Hat den Charme eines runtergekommen Stundenhotels. Später auf unsere Reise haben wir zu ähnlich Preisen bessere Zimmer u. Lage gehabt. Auto braucht man...zu weit von Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Parken gratis

"Preisgünstig Zweckmässig"
Gut gelegegen mit Wsschmaschine ideal für unseren Trip durch die USA Ostküste. Metrobus Haltestelle vor dem Hotel. Busse fahren direkt in die City für wenig Geld.

"是个免费停车的好地方,但是床太差"
床太差,被子是国内80年代招待所级别,抽烟房不可接受。但是有自助洗衣服务,服务态度也非常好。但这样的硬件应该可以更便宜。

"verkehrsgünstig"
Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig an Bus- und Metrolinie, ca. 30 Min bis zur Innenstadt. Kein Frühstück, aber nebenan ist ein Supermarkt. Kein Luxus, aber sauber und zweckmäßig.

"Wifi.... slow... no drinking water.."
Wi-fi is complimentary yes .. but it doesn't show a good performance. i mean.... slow very slow.. prepare your drinking water before check-in. Only hot water available in the morning..

"Bra hotell"
Et bra hotell som ligger litt utenfor sentrum. Du trenger nok bil om du vil oppleve litt her. Store gode rom med god plass (King-size seng) og ellers ryddig og pent. Gratis parkering samt hyggelig service. Kunne gjerne tenkt meg og besøke dette hotellet igjen.
