I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

The hotel was reasonably priced and a two minute walk from the falls! The rooms were nice (King sized beds!) but watch out for extra charges...they will charge you a hefty rate at the end of your stay for just one nights parking.

For the price it was better than expected. The young man at the front desk was very nice. The room didn't have a dryer which would have been helpful. A program guide to tv viewing would have been appreciated, too.

The hotel was nice and our room was very clean and large with a balcony and the room prices are great in the off season. The wifi stopped working in our room the 2nd day which was annoying but the pool was nice. Very convenient location to stores and attractions. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable but the bidding was nice.

This room was not cleaned! The bed sheets on one bed had hairs (yes plural), all in the sheets! The beds were rock hard, we slept 20 minutes at a time all night!
We were ok with the rooms,until we killed too bed bugs in one of our friends rooms. that was just as we were packing up to go. other than that is was all good.

This hotel was nice and clean, but a little out-dated. There was NO breakfast. Parking was free. Rooms were nice enough, but nothing too cool. Worth it if you can get if for cheap price.

Checked in @ 10:00 and went right back out to see the falls. Got back @ 11:30 to discover there was no towels in the room. Further inspection found that the backroom ahd not been cleaned. Not sure if the bed linen was new or not. Got up next morning to find a 1" long cock roach right outsdie our door. No Hot water in the batroom sink Only hot water […] was from the tub spout, if you pulled the diverter to take a shower the water would not be warm. The room was reasonable and the location was great! The low price attracted some less-than-desirable guests. The room could have been cleaner. Overall, we got what we paid for.

This hotel was well priced and in a fairly good location. The staff was friendly and accommodating, there is a heated pool and jacuzzi, but it closes at 9 which is a little early if you have been out and about. The rooms were fine, but the mattresses were cheap and very hard, not comfortable at all.

Not the best of hotels, but fair for the budget. Room and tub are not very clean. The carpet in the hallway is old and needs replacement. The hotel has the smell of an old college dormitory, like a lot of people have been staying there w/ little time for housekeeping. Hotel was in a good location andabout 3-4 miles to the Niagra attractions. The hotel itself was cronicaly understaffed. No one at the desk most times. "Just like a cheap motel"
Just like a cheap motel. Everything is broken. Coffee maker is broken, window is broken, tower is very thin and small. Worse thing is the door lock for card entry is broken so we had to wait outside (real outside, not corridor) at 11:00 to wait for the service person to come, took more than 20 minutes. They almost did not do anything we asked for.

When we walked into our room, the toilet paper roll was empty, there was trash in the trash can, and hair in the sink. I called the front desk to ask for an iron and ironing board at one point, and was told they'd bring one right up. The fire alarm went off during our stay and everyone evacuated to the main lobby. The girl behind the desk didn't say a word to any of us, just stood there waiting for the fire trucks to arrive. It didn't seem that the hotel staff were very concerned, so I went up to ask what was going on. She then told me that a maintenance man had accidentally triggered the smoke alarm. She knew it was a false alarm but never told any of us that was the case. Overall, the hotel staff was not very friendly and seemed annoyed by customer requests. The beds were so firm we might as well have slept on the floor. We woke up every morning with stiff muscles and sore backs. Everything was fine with this hotel except one glaring issue. There was no hot water in the shower. It didn't matter as much to me because I was only there one night and I was going to shower before I left in the morning. This hotel was not woth the price paid. I would pay one third of that price. The room had a odor that pervaded the environment from the time of entry. I felt uneasy taking a shower, sleeping on the linen provided or walking on the floor without footwear. I only stayed because payment for the room was already made. Disappointed!!!!!

While the location was acceptable and the price was ok for the high season, the bathroom was not clean and the ammenities were not in place upon check in. My recent stay at the Days Inn on Lundys Lane was okay. The hotel was clean enough but it was very far from the falls, and if we didn't have iPhones, I'm not sure how we would have gotten there. This hotel was very close to outlet shopping.Hotel room was clean and comfortable.The rate was extremely reasonable.Not enough hotel staff though a bit of a towel shortage if you require mnore than 2.

The hotel is nicely situated. The hotel itself needs to be redecorated and the furnitures need to be replaced. The bed we had made sound each time we move. The heater wasn't on and the room was too cold. The lobby is not presentable at all.

I was not happy with the room, first of all it looked nothing like the picture on your website. There was an empty cigarette package under the dresser, and an open water jug on the balcony. We arrived at around 3pm and there were about 20 small kids in the hallway playing soccer. I called the front desk and nothing was done about it. We stayed for a night. It was perfect, for the price we paid. We didn't spend too much time in the hotel. The room was deffinitly clean, sevice was good.
