Yasser is his name. He is the guy. Since we arrived, he made us feel very well explaining each important thing and changing my parents that are over 70 years old to a better room nearer the lifts. They did everything they could to make our trip wonderful. They also offered a cake to my father in his birthday. And more than everything, they proved anyone […] can trust in their confidence. My mom forgot all her money in the locker and just realized that when we were 400 km far in Germany. I called them and they made it happen. We had the money back in our hands in a few hours. They called me pro-actively many times and coordinated a bank transaction. This hotel and their PEOPLE deserve a 6 STARS !!!! Ohhh, the pool is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The hotel is well located near a open marketplace, some malls and excellent restaurants. Breakfast and garage are expensive, but this is not a simple hotel. It's a luxury hotel with the best team. Great hotel. Always stay there when in Prague. The hiddem gem is the great pool, sauna, steam room in the lower level. Across the street from the Hlavni train station - easy to get to - easy to get anywhere.

rooms are very small they dont have wifi reception, however we paid for the internet. Staff friendly but they forgot to call us back. Rooms and building deteriorating fast would need a renovation... For sure not a 5 star hotel... maybe 4...

Positives - Lovely old building. It used to be a bank. The swimming pool is in what was the vaults. Lots of character. Negatives - converted building has its downsides. Lots of steps from street level to reception (not good for disabled guests). Gym has very limited equipment.

The room we were initially allocated was clean but not great, with hollow fibre pillows and duvet so I went the following morning to complain and they moved us to a junior suite and left us a bottle of champagne and some chocolate covered strawberries in […] the room. A clean hotel with some good facilities. The set up of the front lobby is a little odd (desks with chairs) and we had to wait a while to be checked in with no acknowledgement from the staff member. Great hotel, perfect location, other reviews are slightly biased as it only took a few minutes to get to the nearest tourist destinations e.g. The theater. Room was very nice, no problems. From the Limo collecting us at the airport, through to checking out, the stay at Boscolo was fabulous, the staff were extremely courteous, and nothing was too much trouble. The décor of the hotel is stunning, and the gentle strains of piano from the main reception hall drifting through into the entrance was quite enchanting. Prague has to be one of the most chilled out cities in the world, and the Boscolo definitely adds to that experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone, casual traveller, family or business guest. Great location, just 5 minutes walk from the Powder Gate and the main hubbub of Prague centre, yet the hotel location remains quiet and separate from all the activity of peak tourist season. Can also recommend the Corso cafe just around the corner from the hotel for meals and a terrace breakfast if you fancy something different from the excellent hotel food. Fabulous luxury hotel from start to finish. All of the staff, from the initial greeting at the entrance, the reception staff, cleaning staff and staff in the spa were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, the spa amazing - very tranquil, serene - candles and low lighting around the pool area gave such a relaxing ambience. There was […] some maintenance work going on in the spa area (only when the spa was closed) - but signs made it a bit confusing as to which were the ladies/mens changing area to use, as they seemed to change from day to day, but it did not spoil the experince at all. Bedroom was a good size for the price, lovely decor, and the air-con worked and was quiet! Lovely bath robes and slippers, great bathroom - shame some of the towels looked a bit tired. Meals/drinks in hotel were pricey but hotel is in an ideal area for getting around Prague, several excellent patisserie/cafes within 200 metres to avoid the expensive breakfast costs in the hotel. Plenty of great bars and restaurants close to also. Wonderful hotel experience and first class staff! We will be returning to Prague and would most definitely book this hotel again. Read more

What a great hotel! We arrived early on Saturday morning and were greeted by a door-man in traditional dress. After walking up into the extravagant reception (with the best fresh cut flower displays I have ever seen in a hotel) we were served fresh apple juice and welcomed by the very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in a Deluxe room which was modern, clean and comfortable. The room was not big, but no means small by European standards. The Roman spa was excellent with my only complaint being that the water in the swimming pool could have been a little hotter (it was only 29 C). One of the best things about the hotel was the converted Bank vault (the hotel used to be a bank) which is now the cigar bar. I'd highly recommend having a drink and buying a cigar here. Bodde på Boscolo Prague 3 nätter. Personalen var jätte trevlig och servicen utmärkt. På frukostbordet fanns allt från omelett på beställning till mousserande vin. Vi testade inga spa behandlingar, men njöt av spapoolen, vanliga bastun och ångbastun. Under vår vistelse hade de ett specialerbjudande på avsmakningsmenyer i restaurangen 2 för priset av […] 1. Vi testade 7 rätters menyn som blev 10 rätter med kockens extra "on the house" rätter. Det var allt från duva till hare och rådjur. Middagen smakade fantastiskt. Hotellet uppmärksammade även min födelsedag under resan, och efter en tur på stan väntade en bit chokladmoussetårta och en flaska mousserande vin på rummet. Läget på hotellet var mycket bra. Beau bâtiment, Piscine et spa très agréable. Cependant un peu déçu de nous retrouver dans une chambre au décor plutôt moderne alors que nous nous attendions à luxe plus traditionnel/classique, en accord avec le style général de l'hôtel. Rispetto alle foto la realtà e deludente. Non all'altezza di un cinque stelle. Hotel molto impersonale. Spazi comuni belli ma poco vissuti e mal gestiti. Il personale è molto gentile ed è forse l'unico aspetto che rispecchia un hotel lusso. Davvero una delusione.
