This hotel is in an excellent value. The location is close to Merano and it easy to find and has plenty of parking, Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great and the dining area very pleasant. On two prior visits I stayed in hotels in downtown Merano, which were significantly more expensive and parking was difficult. I will stay at Hotel da Sesto my next trip.

Really enjoyed our stay here. I took my parents who had never been to Europe before (they are Korean-American), and I've seriously never encountered a more pleasant and helpful staff in my travels abroad. We had only stayed one night/day on our way through Italy and wished that it had been a few more days. It is true, the hotel is in the country, but the view and atmosphere is worth the side trip. (Think 360 degree mountains and orchards). We had no problems catching a taxi from the train station in Bolzano (10 min drive), and were able to visit surrounding museums and restaurants. The town of Setterquence has a few restaurants that are a 10 minute walk away, or you can rent mountain bikes from the hotel. The lounge/spa area on the roof was great. Having a car would have been nice, but not having one did not make our stay any less comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, new and quiet.

Here at the 3 star Flora in the heart of Merano you will find your truly personal holiday home situated in a peaceful spot right at the central promenade along the river Passirio and just 5 minutes walk into the town centre. Our charming family run hotel has nice rooms and apartments- hot whirlpool- outdoor swimming pool and breakfast restaurant. We have made it our job to make your holiday unforgettable. Outside parking spaces are available on request and garage parking available at a charge. Additional Information- Children age 3 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 4-14 pay up to 35 EUR. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right to without prior notification cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.
