Place is nice. Very close to Legoland. Shopping center and restaurants across the streets. There is a TGIF right next to it. Free breakfast is good, considering that it's free. My only issue is that the housekeeper does not even bother to knock before coming in. It happened twice in one day. First time freaked me out a bit because I was with my daughter. Someone was trying to get it but couldnt because the latch was on while we were sleeping. Second time was around 10 am. Same thing happened again. I peeked through the peephole and saw the houskeeper's cart moving away.

The hotel was great. Awesome location, quick cab to everything. Service was great, the staff was very friendly. Just the rooms were too small. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and every time I am so impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They are quick and happy to accommodate the needs of their guests. I've always been able to get a late checkout or early check in if needed. It's not a luxury hotel, but it is really nice and comfortable and I always feel welcome.

The hotel was good but the casino was very bad. Valley View was way much better and fun and was making us win better although we gave it back. Wish we did not gamble at harrahs. I wish we stayed at Valley View and gambled there All weekend.

I had a great time at Harrahs Rincon. I definitely recommend this place for a weekend of gambling, swimming, spa and golf. Despite the construction that is going on, the staff has been very good and everything you need is there except for a golf course...which is less than 10 miles away. A room at the SPA tower gives you a great view of the mountains […] from your bedroom and the poolside. Drive directly to the parking building to save money on Bell hop and keep your car cool during summer. Try a Philly hot dog at Pinks inside the casino. Avoid the floor used for guests with pets. Despite the noise from all the construction (pool renovation and an entirely new hotel wing) the employees made it a point to smile and offer me great service specially the front desk. I used their gym, sauna and the pool and had a good time. Service with a smile goes a long way. had wrong room type and non smoking told us hotel.com has us booked that way. my confirmation clearly was as i requested it. they told us they didnt have our room made us upgrade and pay addidtional $20.00 to stay . very disappointed

The hold is doing a lot of construction at the moment April 2013 . Went with my kid just to hang out at the pool .. It's a great pool and this summer they will be opening a lazy river . So I will be going back .. Front desk but us on the side with no construction and high enough that did not hear anything.. Over all good hotel enjoyed our stay

My hubby and I were so impressed with this Hotel. From the view to the pool we didn't think it could get better. Then we walked into our room. We were blown away when we walked in. It was more than we expected for what we paid. We can't wait to come back this summer with our kids.

Absolutely awful. Arrived to be told that only smoking rooms were available when I had booked a non-smoking. Also found out that renovation works were going on (no pool) and that construction would commence at 7am in the morning on a Saturday. Very disappointed

When I arrive to the hotel, I have hard time to look for parking, every where is during contruction, no pool available for guest, early morning around 7:00 am, worker for construction start very early and make noise, I can't sleep right after..., the bathroom shower head with very weak flow.

The entire hotel smells of cigarette smoke. In this day and age, it is hard to believe people still puff on this carcinogen and that hotels allow it indoors! Time to clean up the hotel's environment or, at a minimum, set up a section of the hotel that accommodates non-smokers!

This is like staying at a MID-GRADE Vegas property. Think Mirage or Bally's or Harrah's. It's a clean/decent/nice room. Restaurants and other property amenities are comparable to these Vegas properties. Recently updated/renovated with some ongoing construction. Of course, it's MUCH closer (for So Cal folks) than "real Vegas" and the trades are some […] funny variations of table games and no Strip to move from property to property. All staff was nice/wonderful. Valet was a bit slow on the departure (15 minutes on a Saturday @ noon). Rooms were clean and great. Might stay here again. The trip to the hotel was one to remember. The hotel is located literally in a canyon! Beautiful trip down the winding roads but really deceiving you think you are going to the middle of nowhere.. and pretty much you are. Nothing really that close to it. The hotel itself is GORGEOUS! Our room had a fantastic bathroom with a standup glass shower, 2 person […] tub and the little room with the toliet. There was a 32 inch flat screen TV in the built in closet and a mini fridge. We had beautiful view of the canyon/mountain. It was a shame that the sliding glass door was nailed shut, would have helped air out the room. Only gave it a 4 because even though we were in a nonsmoking room, the hotel and casino does have smoking rooms and areas and our room had a slight smell. Also, they charge for their WI-Fi per device. Expedia showed it was free and when I mentioned it at check in they said Expedia was wrong and if we needed it we needed to pay the fee which was $14.95 per day per device. In the the hotel/casino there are 5 restaurants. We at the Chinese spot called Fortune and Panda Express is better. Drinks were really good at the bar where they had live Karoake. Other minor annoyances were: There was construction going on, and in the morning they announced over a loudspeaker in the hotel rooms the power would be off for 15 minutes. All the retaurants closed except for 1 place with cold / old sandwichesWe asked for a raincheck.They said that they would tell us as soon as the power came up.We waited and waited. The oprice of the room was to expensive for the room we got and for a one night stay. there was no offer with stay for a free or at least half of buffet. we had to go to another hotel toeat a buffet which gave better offer and then came back to harrahs to swim and play in the casinos. i would choose other places for a getaway
