I have stayed here a few times on my way through Cheyenne. The staff is always friendly and my room is always clean and easy access to all the main routes through town.

They forgot to do the wake-up call, and then didn't clean the room the next day - great.

The double beds are tad small for two 6' tall adults to share but otherwise a very comfortable room and a nice clean hotel!

Staff was great, breakfast changed up daily and well supplied. Pool and hot tub were over chlorinated and bathtub and sink drained slowly. Computer room was quiet and comfortable. Bed was awesome! Very quiet hotel. Well worth the little extra money!

stayed there 2 times. First time was great second time who ever cleaned the room did not do as good a job as before. Coffee cups dirty no coffee. Tv broken.

Outstanding Service, Hospitality, Cleanliness, Recreations Facility & the Rooms were large, well taken care of with more than enough TV options. The Rooms hear are in outstanding condition, facility is fairly new, hope all HIE are like this because we will consider staying here now vs. other stay options. The Continetal Breakfast, the & Service area […] is a very big plus, The size of the service area, the Quanity & Quality of Selections served was very good & tasty - much better than simular Continental set-ups in competive motel/hotels of likewise type. Just passing through, this was such a nice quality stay in a convenient location. Right off the interstate, this hotel is probably a 3.5 star not 2.5. The breakfast spread was one of the better ones. The rooms were quite and clean.

Clean room, Breakfast was more then I had expected.

We stopped at this hotel for the night, and had a great time. We all loved the nice warm indoor pool. THe room was clean, and quiet. It was a little pricey, but was in season too. We tried to stay again a few days later but it was full. We will plan another stay here though when it fits the travel plans.

Location: Hotel is near intersection of I-25 and I-80, also near railroad tracks. Trains come through several times a night, blowing whistles, but my room (3d floor, rear) was quiet. Room: My room had two queen sized beds, an armchair, and a desk. It did not feel crowded; it was clean and quiet; it had a view of the truck stop next door. Complimentary […] breakfast: Dining area is adjacent to the lobby; was regularly cleaned during breakfast hours; never seemed crowded. Breakfast included juice, breakfast rolls, cereal, yogurt, do it yourself toast or pancakes, a hot entree - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy - that changed daily, coffee and tea. I thought breakfast was better than average, but as a matter of full disclosure, I should add that I also like airline food. Breakfast is served on styrofoam plates which cheapens the experience for me, plus I understand that styrofoam is an environmentally unfriendly material. Hotel amenities: There is a weight room, with two treadmills, a bicycle and a weight machine. It seemed small to me. There is also a swimming pool with hot tub. The pool is ok for children splashing around, but not long enough to swim laps. Staff: Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly. One complaint: There is a vestibule to enter the lobby, with doors that open automatically when you approach. The door sensors are set so that sometimes both doors are open at the same time, negating the airlock principle, and allowing cold winter winds to blow into the lobby. Read more

Great location at the intersection of I-80 & I-25. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and easily accomodated our third person with an air mattress. The bathroom was also spacious, with large, fluffy towels. Plenty of outlets to charge all of our devices.

Good value, Clean rooms, spacious with full amenaties and very good breakfasts as part of the package. Good access off the highway despite the construction. Would stay there again any time.

The most important part of the hotel, the room, was great. It was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was not great because the hotel was full and the breakfast crew was not prepared for that. They ran out of all the hot food items and we had to wait 20-30 minutes for more food to come out. It just seemed very disorganized.

We were unhappy with the smell in our room. To me it smelled like spoiled milk. To be fair, we didn't ask to change rooms, but I just wanted other people to be aware. I mean it was bad enough that I never got used to it, it was still bothering me the next day. Also there was a strong disinfectant smell in the hallways.

Clean comfortable room - helpful staff, good breakfast, would stay there again. Slight downside is that the hotel is located near railroad tracks and train noise. There are a number of hotels in the immediate area, so this is not an issue specific to Holiday Inn.

They were very helpful and cleaned a room so that I could check in early. Nice staff, nice room, great stay!

This place was great. Full breakfast. The pool temp was pretty chilly since my kids are young, but we survived. The views weren't very pretty, but the interior was great.

Was clean - good bed - quiet - resturants close - good breakfast that morning - serve at 6:00 so you can get early start. Overall great.

Good Hotel close to centre on the outskirs of town close to main road onlyone the sound of train in the night , good self service breakfast

Situé dans une zone hôtelière, les chambres sont grandes et la literie est très confortable. Bon petit déjeuner en libre service, petite piscine pour se décontracter. Centre ville facile d'accès.

Confort. Propreté irréprochable. Un tout petit bémol: pas de café près du cofee-maker. A la réception on nous a donné chichement 2 petites doses malgré notre demande pour le soir et le lendemain matin. Pas de mauvais jugement tout de même !!
