Title says it all really. Very cheap - and fairly cheerful. Helpful staff, no problem for early breakfast and decent air-con in the otherwise basic room.

Situated in Izmir, Crowne Plaza Izmir is on the Strip and area attractions include Archeological Museum, Saat Kulesi, and Konak Square. Additional area attractions include Agora and Kadifekale.
Hotel Features.
Crowne Plaza Izmir has a full-service spa, a waterpark, a marina, and 2 spa tubs. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas and an Internet point is located on site. Business amenities at this 5-star property include a 24-hour business center, a meeting/conference room, and limo/town car service. Dining options at the hotel include 2 restaurants along with a poolside bar and a bar/lounge. The staff can arrange concierge services, tour/ticket assistance, and wedding services. AGAMEMNON THERMAL SPA has 16 treatment rooms including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Services include massages, facials, body wraps, and body scrubs. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and hydrotherapy. The spa is equipped with hot springs/mineral springs, a mud bath, a sauna, a spa tub, and Turkish bath/hammam. Visitors of this spa can round out their time of relaxation with a trip to the café.
Children under 15 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision.
BRASSERIE - Overlooking the pool and garden, this restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Al fresco dining is offered (weather permitting). A children's menu is available. Some meals may not be served daily.

"Beautiful Hotel"
A beautiful hotel located just outside of the town centre in an area full of parks and outside cafes. A shuttle bus is provided to take you into the centre otherwise it's quite a hike. An ideal base to enjoy the surrounding area though a big far from the city centre if you wanted to see the sights. The room was beautiful with a fantastic view of Izmir […] Bay. The bathroom was a little on the small side and you had to close the door before you could reach the sink etc. There is a pool which is welcome relief from the heat. However, be aware, that due to continuous weddings throughout the summer the pool is frequently closed two hours early in order to prepare the tables. We had been out sightseeing all day and wanted to relax by the pool for a couple of hours - but we couldn't. We did speak to the Duty Manager and said that there should be better communication so the guests know what is happening. He obviously took what we said onboard as the next day there was a sign giving dates of the private functions when the pool would close early. A lovely hotel despite a small inconvenience. Read more
"Excellent hotel in park/costal surroundings"
This is a top quality hotel situated in a marina environment with many restaurants near by.It is out of town and hence one needs transport to go to Izmir.The hotel does have a free shuttle.Excellent spa swimming pool and gymnasium. The breakfast was very generous with a wide variety of excellent dishes.

free spa center is fantastic, without nothing anything you are using termal pool, close pool, open pool,steam room, sauna, and Turkish Hamam and sport center too. All of them very high quality compering room price to have these unbeliavable.
"Misleading information about "complimentary" meal"
Breakfast was not included in the price of the room when we booked online. Even though we showed the hotel how breakfast was "complimentary" as labled on the website, they still would not budge. It was 30 TL which is the equivalent of 20 USD, so it was significant when you are paying for 3 persons for 3 days. Other than that the hotel was very well […] appointed and the staff was courtious. We would stay here again, but w/the knowlege that we would need to budget more for the meal. Read more
