Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

It was a great experience. We arrived a bit early (almost 7am!) and the rep was kind enough to let us checked in (we drove 10hours from washington D.C.!!) This is a big bonus! The hotel rooms were clean and nice. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The gym, although small, suited our needs. Wish there is an indoor pool since it's ~30 degree out... The front desk was courteous when I called to inquire about some liquor availability, but the bartender hung up on me while I asked my friends which would they like. Bartenders are pleasant in person. Room service did a good job of cleaning while leaving things undisturbed. A bit of a drive (~20min no traffic) to downtown but not too bad and I expected this when I looked it up on the map. Only has 2 working luggage carts. Wish wifi is free in-room, not just front lobby. Great restaurants across the streets.

This hotels has a business line "A home away from your home"...Guys this is true. Cleanly maintained, helpful stuff and nice breakfast with affordable price. I was there for 3 nights with my family and it was a pleasant stay.

Nice place, good restaurant, friendly staff, very convenient location. First time driving into Canada, had no problem finding hotel. Staff very responsive and helpful, decent currency exchange rate, much better than rates in airport.

"Fine stay for business"
I was there 6 nights on business and found the hotel to be great value. The room is nice and the staff very pleasant. The exercise room is small but good enough. I wasn't thrilled with the food but there are many options in the area.
The hotel was modern and clean. The rooms were kind of small, and the continental breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered. Overall the hotel is very nice, but don't count the breakfast as a positive, as you will probably eat elsewhere.

The room was comfortable, but located within lots of sprawl (for those who just look on the internet) and shopping malls. The room initially smelled like cleaning supplies, but it subsided. The bed was comfortable, the TV large (not that we used it), and shower was powerful. My family and i stayed there for a weekend. Very nice and clean hotel, my kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The only thing we did not like was the water pressure from the shower,it comes with too much of a force, but overall i would stay there again.

Not a bad place. What I like about it is that it's pretty clean, well maintained, staff are friendly, you don't have to enter through the main doors (you can enter through the side doors if you have the card key), plenty of parking, free internet, and free breakfast, although free breakfast for two guest per room only. However, the inn is located in […] a business area, with a shopping plaza across the street (stores include Walmart). Also, the freeway is a bit far unless you want to go on the expressway and pay the fee. So this place isn't really located in a tourist area unless you like to drive. Read more

"Nice Hotel - Good Value"
If you like pillows you will like this hotel. Aside from the abundance of just right pillows there is a comfortable bed, and a good size room. The TV is a large flat screen with a good channel selection. The internet connection was fine. The bathroom and shower were nice. My wife would have liked an extra towel for hair wash/dry. hotel was nice and clean but if you want to see toronto be prepared for a "long intresting" trip to the city and back also have extra money for several buses to get anywhere you might want to go!!! also there is a 15 dollor charge for the shuttle to the airport there and back!!

The room was smaller than we had anticipated, but the king bed was HUGE. There was a microwave and mini-fridge, which was also nice. The rooms were kept very clean, except for an odd incident on the first night when we discovered a button and clothing tag in our sheets. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was nice and quiet. "Good inexpensive hotel"
One night stay - business trip. Reasonably clean rooms, good flat screen, decent wireless connectivity.
"If the smoke cleared"
Asked for a non-smoking room - both on the reservation and at the desk when I arrived. This could not be arranged. The room itself was fine - other than the aroma. The staff was wonderful other than being unable to accommodate my room choice.

"Not a bad place, unless you plan to work out."
The fitness facility had only two working pieces of equipment out of four, and one of those two was old and falling apart. Otherwise, the hotel was fine for the two nights I stayed.
Conviently located to shopping the grounds was nicely kept along with the interior of the hotels. There were several wedding taking place during my stay, and the guests seems very happy with their accomadation. I had a very peaceful stay and the view from my room was great.

"Nice hotel, but unexpected charges..."
On the way home to GA from Canada. New Year's Eve. LOUD hallways until 1:30. Otherwise, a nice hotel. An impressive lobby, clean room, great shower... oh, and a $23 charge for airport shuttle!!! For that money, get something closer to the airport where they don't charge you for the drive....

"Nice Stay"
I stay at the Monte Carlo Brampton alot for business. The rooms are usually clean. Last stay, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The front desk is so helpful and the actuall hotel is nice an quiet. I will keep booking my rooms with them!

I stayed at this hotel for one night (Saturday night), I had a formal work event nearby, my room was very spacious I was in the executive suite. I found the room to be quite comfortable and well worth money I paid. The bed was comfortable, there was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The hotel was quiet and I could not hear any noises […] from the hallway or the other rooms. I found the room to be quite comfortable and the hotel gave me good value for my money. The only downside is the hotel website lists a breakfast buffet and it is only contential breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others you get great value for your money. When I checked into my room the service was fast and efficient. They had my reservation on their system. When I got to my room I realiezed they gave me a non smoking room when I had requested smoking. They quickly changed my room once I informed them. Good hotel. Just stayed one night for a quick shopping trip to toronto. Away from the airport congestion. Close to Van Mills outlets. Rooms are spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast with the option to order something all. more than I expected from the area.
Place is nice and could pass for a 4 star instead of 3 star
