Thank goodness for a loud fan/ac because we needed it to drown out the train and highway noise. Hotel is very close to a variety of restaurants. Room was clean but bed was very firm. Continental breakfast was very weak. Traveled with a pet; they charge $10 if the dog is less than 10 lbs and $20 if over. Pretty steep for such a mediocore hotel.

Its clean, adequately appointed, your average motel. If you're a heavy sleeper it will be fine otherwise the train track directly adjacent to the place is apt to wake you every time a train comes thru, which is quite often.

Motel was sufficient for needs. The heater was on or off, no thermostat, and no weatherstripping around the door. Room had been renovated sometime recently and was in good shape other than the extremely-low-wattage light bulbs. Breakfast was continental and very basic, but free. Right across street from BNSF Railway but trains were not very loud.

The area where this hotel is at is horrible. All night you would hear the train passing the beds felt like you were sleeping on ply wood. Good value, a little far from town and bars. Also the train is loud, of that sort of thing bothers you. However, it's a great value as a travel stop and to get back on the road. Free wi-fi, and pet friendly!!!

The room was extremely cold!!!! The heater was blowing cold air! We called front desk and told them but they simply said to give it 20 min. We waited more than an hour and still freezing! It was 20 degrees! Slept with 2 jackets on! They refused to give us our $ back so we could leave somewhere else. It's also very OLD! Never again staying there!

Just needed a one night stay so I could go snowboarding in snowbowl. This hotel was great! Easy and short trip to the mountain and close enough to stores for random supplies, room was great and service was fantastic.

The heat did not work well. It was very cold. My young child started pulling trash from under the beds. Including an empty bear can and a used wash cloth with yellow bodily fluids on it. If all you want is a bed and a shower it is bearable. If you're asking for anything more, go elsewhere. Stained beddings, dirty bathroom, across the street from a railroad (busy) track. This hotel was booked by me for our soccer coach, and his young family. We were in Flagstaff to play a youth soccer tourrnament. The first night there was prostitution going on all night in the room next door. The 2nd night there was construction going on and his room filled up with smoke and dust. Everyone was very accommodating. The bed was not comfortable. We had to take the sofa cushions apart and place them on the mattress to provide for a more comfortable night's sleep. It was very nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room.

By far the worst place I have ever seen at one of these 'deal sites'. I allegedly got 40% off this place but I can't imagine that anyone would pay what I was charged let alone 40% more. I could not stay at this hotel. We arrived around noon and there were already several 'residents' sitting outside their rooms drinking beer and making comments to people […] as they walked by. I asked to see the room and found that it smelled musty, had only one washcloth and one larger towel, the bathtub was filthy, there was half a roll of toilet paper and the bed had been made but the sheets were still wrinkled, dirty from previous guests. Complained about room and was shown another one downstairs which smelled a bit better, however, the television did not work and was too near the creepy residents. The staff was unfriendly. We left without staying and lost our money for 4 nights since I made the mistake of doing a prepay before I found out what hotel we were getting. I have done this several times with priceline and have never been disappointed. This place was a complete disaster. Read more

This older facility was clean and reasonably comfortable. It has few extras, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast consists of sweet rolls, cold cereal, orange juice and coffee. It was worth the stay for the price. I was just staying there to shut my eyes overnight. The lady at the front desk was very kind. The bathroom was not remodeled, so it was quite dated. But the room itself was clean. Overall, the experience was good.

The sink top was full of cigarette burns (this was a non-smoking rm) there was mold around the tub, and facial tissue was not supplied to rooms (I asked for a box and was told to use toilet paper) Not a pleasant experience!

We stayed overnight before visiting the Grand Canyon. It was a typical cheap, off the highway motel. The rooms were a little dingy but the service was good and the danishes at breakfast were excellent. It is also about a mile away from historic Flagstaff, where there are great restaurants and bars.
