Service at the hotel was slow and staff were reluctant to help (reluctant to call taxis, give directions, tips on sites to see), and the location was lacking (far from the center of town and restaurants). The first visit we had an older room that was still adequate, but on our stay a couple weeks later we had one of the updated renovated rooms which were very attractive and comfortable. A good sized hotel with full services, great breakfast and a nice pool. The hotel room was a bit sparse and could have been improved with a few things like a bottle of water, some plastic bags for dirty clothes, and iron and perhaps some TV channels in English (there were non that worked). Under construction, so hallways had threadbare carpet & room numbers were in masking tape, but no noise from workers at all, and inside the room was great. The motel stay was great. The staff were helpful. My only complaint is about the "Zone de Silence" and the pool rules. Apparently the Massage parlor is located close to the pool and those using the pool must be quiet so as to not inturupt those folks trying to relax while getting their massage. That's all nice until you trhow a 5 year old into the pool […] and the squeels and laughing ramp up. We had a good time playing though. Also, you must use a swim cap when in the pool. Not to be gross but there is more hair on my body than on my head, but on went the swim cap. I must say my daughter looked cute as ever in hers, but I just looked like a goof. Oh well, it made for some fun pictures and fun times. If you travel with kids and are planning on swimming, you might want to look elsewhere; otherwise, it is a good place to stay. Read more

Since we were driving south from Frankfurt to Paris this hotel was perfect for us. It was comfortable, with friendly helpful staff. Their breakfast included in the room rate was very good, as good or better than most local cafes. We stayed two enjoyable days, long enough to see Luxembourg.

It was a great hotel, considering the price I would say it was a bargain. Apart from some ongoing maintenance done in the floor I stayed, everything else was excellent. Kind personnel, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast, parking available.

I was initially put in a room on the third floor, which looked and smelt like a work site because it is being modernised - wires are hanging everywhere. After complaining about the smell of chemicals I was given a room on the fourth floor, which was fine until I had a shower and the bathroom flooded. I had to demand a decent room and was finally given […] a good room for the last two nights of my stay. On a positive note, the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is good and the indoor pool is lovely. I hope that they complete the refurbishment soon and sort out the room with poor plumbing! We spent 3 nights at end of June in a big room with a desk and 2 armchairs overlooking the front of the hotel on 3rd floor. Nice bathroom. Rooms have individual heating but NO A/C but with about 20 deg C outside, the room too hot to sleep. Friendly staff at check-in, no waiting to be served. Nice breakfast and we had a nice dinner on our first night. […] 10 minutes taxi ride from Central Station for 25 euro. Bus to the city centre outside the hotel takes about 10 min for 1.50 euro, the ticket is valid for 2 hours. Took a City Promenade walking tour - 2 hours for 9 euro. The hotel was gorgeous with delicious breakfast. Only problem was the location, if you don't have a car or don't feel like driving you have to take the bus or taxi to get to the city center. That cost at least 15 Euros Each Way.

Good location outside Luxembourg. Big car park, paying for any food or drinks extra is not cheap especially because they have no tea or coffee making in the room.

Nice Hotel, A little bit out of the way with buses not that frequent. But on the plus side its only a 5-10 minute journey into town. Room could do with better amenities such as extra pillows or a mini bar. Swimming Pool and Sauna were great. Food was actually very very good! Stayed here for 3 nights. Free Stong WIFI was a bonus!

My favorite hotel for a business trip to Luxemburg. Quiet area, yet not fat from Clausen or the City centre, free parking (but it can be busy) Good bar and a nice restaurant, quiet rooms, recently renovated. Excellent staff, always helpful Highly recommended and correctly priced... Don't forget your bathing suit and bonnet...

We are 3 Adults, 30 motels, 6 week European vaction. The hotel is undergoing major renovations, the foyer an dinning areas are 5 star. We unlucky enough to stay in one of there older rooms. It was musty, bit grubby, very dated and worn. However if you score one of there new rooms I think you would be happy. My only criticism with the facilities was with the indoor swimming pool. What they could provide was OK. But not like a serious hotel ... No kettle even asked very sincerely (go to the bar is their answer). Zero wi-fi signal strength inside the room (in the far end). Door unlocked in one morning when I was out! Nobody cared! Some staff would not help at all.
