      The hotel staff were very helpful with anything we needed and very friendly. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel provides complementary water which we took full advantage of and a in room fridge. We were close to restaurants, water activities (charters for diving, snorkeling, kayaking, etc.), Duval Street and Mallory Square. Would recommend Sarabeth's for breakfast and 7 Fish for dinner (get reservations, restaurant is very small). Also, the show at La Te Da was great.

      I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Key West. They have their own parking which is very important there. Beautiful pool and hot tub. The room was terrific.

      We enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient. We were able to park on the street and walked everywhere. It was nice to get back to the hotel and have such a pleasant garden area with a hottub, warm pool and cooler pool. several different sitting areas. A little oasis in the middle of town. Enjoyed talking with other visitors during the wine and cheese time.

    Staff at hotel was friendly and helpful. Hotel is just off Duval convenient to Margaritaville and other sites. Loud air conditioner in the room but it was actually a plus as it blocked noise from Duval - and worked well. Enjoyed the stay. Would stay there again.

    Good hotel. Reasonable cost for being right in the heart of all the action. Rooms were nice but not a luxury hotel if your looking for that. Nice little outdoor area. Good staff. clean. I had a room right on the corner of duval which was a tad noisy till about 11 or 12 when I think some noise ordanance kicks in so things quite down. It wasn't terrible […] before but noticable if you are a light sleeper. But if your going to be out late anyway than it doesn't matter. Read more

    The room was cleaner than some places I've stayed but not as clean as other's. The hall ways of the hotel had no air conditioning and no ice or vending machine's on the floor I was on. The location was great but over all I think the hotel was over priced for the size of the room.

    The only complaint we had was the continental breakfast. The cold cereal choices were limited, the hot choices non- existent.. For the cost of the room, it could have been better. The location was great, the workers very friendly.

    They only gave us one key.So when we went out for the night we left the key at the front 24 hr desk. I gave my roommates business card with his picture on it so they would know him. When he came back early they would not give him the key. It took over 30 minutes to get the desk to call the last shift to validate. I felt so bad..this is Key West and […] when someone is ready for there room they are ready. He had to beg to use the rest room.     Right on the corner of Duvall street. If you want quiet this is not for you. But very clean, updated, older hotel in the heart of the town. Great rooftop pool and bar. Bar closed on Sunday. We loved it, never had to get in our car, walked everywhere!

    the front desk day staff was extremely rude, the night staff was the complete opposite. the hotel is tiny, just 2 storie, but the location is amazing!!!!! we didnt use the car at all! its right off duval street, smack in the middle of the action, great pool and jacuzi, quiet guests,everything was clean. will def stay there again!

    We enjoyed our stay at the Pegasus Hotel, We never did use our car, as it stayed parked in their Parking lot the whole time. As the Hotel is Right off Duval St and an easy walk to most of the Restaurants or shops. Had two minor issues, When we booked the room, it said FREE parking.. When we got there, they charged us $10. Not too bad and it was $10 […] for the entire stay, not $10 per day. So I guess we can't complain too much.. 2nd other minor issue was, they also said they offer FREE internet, but in the Lobby where the computer was, the sign said Internet 20 cents a minute. Again, not a big deal, as we didn't even use the computer. But you do like to get what they say they offer. Overall, we would stay here again and we already recommended it to a few of our friends.     Spacious, clean room. Maybe somewhat dated interior, but it's very quiet (could sleep very well at night) in spite of being right near the very noisy Duval Street. I think they have really good insulation in the windows. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel.

    The hotel is in a great area. The second floor pool deck was simply and nice. The room was modest and clean. Available parking. The only problem we had was the front desk reception area-not the friendliest and informative staff. Other than that, location, location, location!

    We were only there for the one night. This met our needs as we wanted to take as much in as possible and being right in the heart of it all allowed us this. Very clean room! The only real negative was the fact that you couldn't bill your tab at the pool bar to your room. I would not mind staying here again.

    This is no really a hotel, more like a motel. The reception staff seems to be russian, so the friendliness isn't quite up to american standards. The hotel is very small (corridors, elevator etc.) so it is hard to move around with suitcases. The room was like a motel room, very old, but the bed seemed to be clean.
