Would be great to have a microwave in each room. There is just one microwave in the lobby, so it becomes a bit difficult for people to carry the food just to heat it up. Rest all is excellent.

The front desk manager was extremely rude, and even though we booked a pet room threatened that she would call animal control if we left our room without our dog. We had two phone calls from the front desk one at midnight and one at 4:30 in the morning, both were for the wrong room. The hotel was a little difficult to find from I-90. It was a satisfactory place to stop on our road trip and was clean & quiet. The folks at the front desk were helpful & friendly. The breakfast was what you would expect which is mostly cereal and pastries. Not a lot of options for anyone with dietary restrictions. Overall it was perfectly fine.

Employee's and location where nice. But, the hallways/steps for carpeting need to be better cleaned or replaced. In my opionion, bathrooms always need more cleaning. But, that is my line of work so maybe I am harder. Bathrooms are always my first impressions of the overall room!

I wa gla the rooms were clean because I was worried when I walked in that the rooms would be as disgusting as the hallways which smelled of cigarette smoke and the carpets were very dirty with several dark stains. Not worth the price as it should have been listed as a muchcheaper hotel due to the condition.

I booked this hotel by "accident" on Expedia when I thought it was a different hotel. I started reading the reviews and was worried. When I arrived late, I was greeted by Heidi, who was very pleasant and allowed me to look at my room. I found it to be very clean, including the bathroom. The towels in the bathroom were nice and soft which I thought was […] a bonus! :) Yes, the carpet on the stairs leading to the second floor was worn. But the carpet in the hallways was fine. I didn't detect any unusual odors in my room, the hall or anywhere in the hotel. Heidi also told us about the next morning hot breakfast selection which I thought was nice. I am pretty particular about things and if I thought anything was out of place in our room or anywhere else, I would have asked for another one and everything was fine. This is a regular place to stay. folks, not the Waldorf Astoria! It is clean and o.k. Breakfast is similar to any same priced hotel; nice juices, hard cooked eggs, yogurt, halfway decent coffee (could be a little stronger), assorted breads, and a hot selection. It sounds like the management is listening to the negative feedback and working on making changes. I found all the staff I encountered to be very pleasant. So-so. Not really family- friendly Plus side: the hotel was affordable and in a convenient spot. the room seemed clean and although we didn't use the pool or the breakfast area, they appeared to be nice and well maintained. It […] was not well ventilated and although our room was supposed to be non-smoking, our kids all left smelling like a nicotine wild-fire went off. Customer service was terrible. When we tried to change our reservations, the clerk did not inform us politely that she had no other rooms available, she sneered at me and said, "well, what do you want me to do about it?" If you want someplace to sleep, this is the place. Don't expect much more. Our room was fairly clean but they hadn't finished cleaning the bathroom and there was hair and old wet washcloths in the bathroom.

Check-in desk gave us a non-working key, then gave us a key to the same room that worked, but the interior lock was set. There was someone else in the room! We felt terrible as we had arrived after 11pm at night and had obviously just almost walked in on someone elses room.
