This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The parking could've been cheaper, since this hotel is in such a bizarre area. But this is honestly the best hotel in the Inland Empire. Period.

fully renovated hotel, with clean rooms. centrally located in downtown riverside. morning breakfast is a good addition, kid friendly.

we booked the hotel the last minute to attend a funeral. i originally booked it for my husband and I but my brother/sister in law wanted to attend the funeral as well. after a very long drive from the san francisco bay area it was very appreciative of the hotel staff not to accept the extra guests with no questions asked. except for the refrigerator not being as cold as we'd expected our overall stay was great. will definitely recommend to others as well as return in the future if need be.

I was under the impression (when I booked) that rooms on first floor had patio doors to pool area. This was not the case :((

"very dirty"
Its really not too often that the condition of a hotel room bothers me, but this one did. I did order a nonsmoking room but it reeked of smoke. The bathroom was not properly clean and had black stuff in the tub and in the sink. The carpet had obviously not been vacummed and was wet underneath the air conditioning unit. For being in such a hot place, […] you would think the air conditioning would work well. It worked alright for an hour and turned off.... never to turn on again. The bed was fairly uncomfortable and suprisingly did not have a fitted sheet on it... just two top sheets. The room itself was fairly big, which was nice. The continental breakfast was awful, just danishes. I would recommend staying somewhere else if you can. Read more

We were on our way to Fallbrook, CA in a relief mission. We had to stop over somewhere to get some rest, and this motel was the only place offering a nice and quiet sleep for a reasonable price. The room was small but clean, the toiletries were nice. I have nothing to complain except the breakfast in the morning was one item only. I wish they can provide […] more choices. Read more
