We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was quite nice and it was quiet. The entrance with all the flower and foliage was beautiful. Nice casino. The decor was very nice. We arrived during cricket season and they were everywhere by the thousands.

I'd never been to Laughlin before so I thought I'd give it a try since visiting my friend in Lake Havasu fell through. The Nugget was friendly, quiet, and clean enough. The decor and food choices were not really to my liking. The decor was dated and the food choices were not fresh choices. I have stayed at this hotel many times over a large number of years. To my mind, it is the best hotel in Laughlin. The rooms are comfortable and always spotlessly clean. They have a really nice pool area too, but since Bubba Gump opened a restaurant here, the pool area smells of cooking fat. Their kitchen extractor fan must be close by.

Overall it was a very good stay. The king size room was clean and free in room coffee and bottled water a nice touch. Would be nice if wifi were free so wecould use ipad to chech the local events. Courtyard view not a big plus but the courtyard is nice. We will definitely stay there again. Love the riverwalk!

The hotel was very centrally located and on initial appearance very nice. Once we got settled into the romm however, there were stains on the overlying bedding and decorative pillow. When I made the reservation online I was suppose to get a king size bed and did not get one. Just the two queen size. Was disappointed. The casino was to hot, not enough ventilation. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves. It is a one of two very pretty casinos there in Laughlin.

I have stayed at this hotel previously, and found everything to be a delight, the jaccuzzi was spottless and well maintained, the room perfect. Only the view was terrible - a parking garage greeted my every glance out the window. So, this time, when I was taking my sister and her friend, I specifically called the hotel and asked what the view was for […] the premium courtyard room. We checked in and found all was to our liking. However, when I called about the room, and even at check-in, no mention was made as to the jaccuzzi being out of service. It was one of the features of the hotel that I had raved about to my friends, so imagine the shock, when we were all dressed and ready to go in our swimsuits, to go out and find an empty pool, a couple of hotel employees taking their break out there, and no appology what so ever. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE, obviously they don't believe in disclosing service problems. We would have chosen a different hotel with a functioning jaccuzzi if we had known theirs was in-opperable. Worst customer service I've ever had. Would not waste my time here ever again. Went here for our 10th anniversary. We ere married here 10 years ago so we went back to celebrate. Sorry to say we will not be spending any more anniversaries here. The front desk has got to be some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Don’t bother staying here.

This property is laid out so well, from the parking to the hotel and casino area. It is the only hotel with real glasses in the rooms and a stocked snack and beverage basket (for reasonable fees). Of all on the strip, Golden Nugget is the best.

Rooms were old, casino was a run down. Although it was expensive for the room, I was a little disappointed by how run down the place was and how expensive the food inside the casino was.

The hotel was clean and pleasant and the staff was friendly. The location is really great you can walk to other casinos if you want. We were disappointed to find there was no offered entertainment during the week.

My ONLY complaint was that there is a charge for "in room" coffee. Seems a bit unusual.

Everything was as it should be. Our room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was there was no free WiFi. There are no hotel fees.
