I told her no that I requested a Non-Smoking room, she confirmed but because the room I was supposed to be in had a maintenance problem they moved me to a smoking room with out even a phone call to see if this was ok. It is a 1.5 star hotel. It might have been better when new but not now. It looks creepy, the restroom had mold and the tile was coming from the wall. Price wise it was like a Holyday inn express, but the quality of the place not even close.

Sadly it was the closest hotel we could find to Austin under $100. Which after taxes ended up being like $102. This is definitely a budget hotel and not a $100 a night hotel. Everything in the hotel was stained or dirty - the carpet, the bathroom, towels, the comforter, the walls, etc. Visiting family in Manor meant this was by far the most convenient location, but next time I would rather drive than stay there. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, but nothing could compensate for the condition of the room.

The location is at least 20 minutes outside of Austin in the middle of nowhere off 290 hwy. When I first arrived there was only one person at the lobby helping everyone else at once, but she was very sweet in spite of the long wait. I got to my room and found that my electronic key didn't work. So I had to walk all the way back to the lobby and no one […] was there but a sign that said "Be back shortly". Justine then informed me that their keys have not been working due to an electronic malfunction, meaning that if I wanted to leave my room and come back, I would either have to leave the door ajar or walk all the way back to the lobby to get the master key just to unlock my room. BIG INCONVENIENCE. Then the comforter had holes in it and blood stains. You get what you pay for and unfortunately in my case that was not too much. :( Read more

On the up side: Its a clean place to stay for a low price. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and my room was well cleaned every day. The air conditioner worked great, and the hotel was very quiet. They have a limited continental breakfast every morning - not a huge selection of things to eat, but it is free. On the down side: some parts of my room looked a bit worn out (the bathtub in my room had a patch in it where a leak had been repaired, and the sink had a crack in it). Also - the pool was pretty gross, but it looked like they may have been in the process of changing the water the one day I looked at it. The room was clean, but smelled like some carpet powder had been used and left a pretty strong scent. There were dried red spots on the white comforter--looked like blood and made me unable to relax in the rest of the linens. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. For example, the bathroom floor was uneven and the tile floor grout was sloppy and would be impossible for anyone to make it appear clean. The room was fresh and cool and quiet. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Pool was closed, HBO out and bathroom floor very rough and unattractive. The rates had been reduced or I would have felt extremely overcharged.

Honestly, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were not. The shower had mildew on the shower curtain. The wi-fi was not working and I guess because we had the Hotels.com rate, they didn't feel like they owed us a discount for the inconvenience of no wi-fi. (the wi-fi didn't even work in the lobby!). I will say that the manager, Justina was very friendly. […] We were in town for a baseball tournament and my goal was to be able to find a hotel close to the ball fields for about what a tank of gas would cost in commuting back and forth from home (1hour 20 minute drive). I didn't like the condition in the bathroom, the ground didn't seem to be very clean, the toilet cannot flush properly and the shower was weak. In the room where we stayed, the internet cannot be connected.

This is a decent hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms, quiet, and offers a basic continental breakfast. As the only hotel in Manor, Tx it is worth considereing. The hotel is fairly close to the Austin airport and to Austin proper.

dirty and filthy. I never leave reviews but I felt the NEED to save other people some pain. DO NOT STAY HERE it is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I have been around the world to third world countries but this takes the cake. I would suggest sleeping in a dumpster before this place!!
