We expected to have a nice stay, but unfortantly the room was freezing, no heater was able to heat it up, the toilets, beds, evreything was so cold that we couldn't stay more then a hour, it looks like they dont have a minimum heat on at the rooms, and its open to the front, it's not like in a big building. I would highly discourage anyone looking to travel at this place, DON'T USE IT, You will regret it, when we asked for a refund, we were told "sorry we cant help".

Terrible location, hotel on 46 west, going on 46 east in the am means a u-turn that takes 20 minutes. Getting to this dump from the nj turnpike meant a 20 min u-turn just to get to it, due to rediculous traffic. Didn't want to stay a 2nd night, noisy, traffic from the highway, worried about my car getting stolen overnight, and rude lowlifes walking by my room talking loudly at 2am. Notified the front desk in the morning and they charged me for the night anyway, even though they have a "prior to 4 pm cancellation policy" with no penalty. Hotel.com is sending me a $50 voucher because if these cheap owners of a subpar motel (this is NOT a hotel). They suck and so does the disgusting property.

I was stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. There is no Internet. So no use if you have laptop. and Breakfast sitting place is horrible because they will put only 2 to 3 items. and they have only 4 chairs to sit (there is no separate dining area.). I won't recommend.

This motel is so close to Manhattan that I would not hesitate to recommend it to travelers or business people on a budget. Off rush-hour it is a ten minute ride over the G. Washington Bridge to Manhattan. Find a low-cost garage and you're still way ahead of the game. Although not situated in a "charming" environment (light industrial/residential mixed, off route 46 yet quiet)the motel itself was sparklingly clean with new or nearly new bathrooms. What's the down-side? No lovely views (one small window near the door) and small rooms. But if it's simply a place to sleep you can't beat it. And a continental breakfast is included.

Let me just tell you... A woman with horrible English is who was working the front and she had the guts to call me rude (as a employee representing a business you do not ever call you client rude.) I asked to speak with manager where she adviced me she did not have to give me a manager or tell me her name. Hotels.com representative then called and was also not nice to then. Would not recommend at all!!!!

The Days Inn is in an industrial area right beside a major non limited access 4 lane highway. The layout is such that the rooms are shielded from the traffic noise, so that's little problem. Getting onto the highway during a busy time is exciting! The room was very clean, the bath had just been redone with new fixtures etc, and was better than most. The non-smoking room was fresh smelling, so I trust they adhere to the policy at all times. Bed and other furnishings were in great shape and good quality. The owners have done a good job with an older property, in a challenging neighborhood.

The staffs are very unkind. It maked me crazy. Moreover, there is a terrible smell like urine in a hallway.

Reviewing the hotel online.....I decided to give it a try. Immediately when I arrived, I regretted my decision immediately. I even considered chalking up the money spent and go elsewhere, but economic thoughtfulness won the battle. The hallway reeked of urine. Trash blew through the wind and parking lot. The room resembled a matchbox with a huge bed. Rust polished the tubs. I am surprised that Days Inn has kept its name on this contraption.

Pros: Reasonably priced, clean rooms, good breakfast Cons: Staff was not that friendly. location,if you are taking public transit, be prepared for a good walk. need to walk besides the highway, bit scarry.

I made reservations at the wrong hotel and actually wanted the hotel across the street. Went there and told them and desk help said that he did not want to bother the manager who stepped out. He said to come back the next day. Went to correct hotel and also paid there. Next day would not refund since it was too late to refund. :-0 Thanks.

The staff was somewhat accomdating and the room was clean. The one major problem that we had with the hotel was actually on the outside. We stayed on the 1st floor. If you are staying on the 1st floor you walk through a door from the lobby into the hallway. As we were walking down the hallway to our room I stopped at the first window and noticed that the screen had popped out in one of the corners. Not a big deal. Well as we continued down the hallway to the next window there was no screen at all! I was able to stick my arm right out the window into the parking lot that is located right on the highway. That's not all! A little farther down the hallway was what seemed like an emergency exit door. But I really couldn't call it an emergency exit door because there was no door. It was a door frame leading into the parking lot but no door; basically a huge hole in the wall. Anyone could have walked into the hotel right off the street without anyone knowing. So, like I said if you are just looking for a 1night stay than it isn't too bad because our room was clean. Just be sure to request an upper floor.

Very poor directions as to location of hotel and how to access off major roads. There is nothing within walking distance like a restuarant or shopping and it is impossible to go jogging due to location and roads.

This is not a good hotel, but you can try this for a short stay and if you are alone, Dont try this if you are travelling with a family. Service is bad. People in reception are rude and dont give any value for your requests. I had to wait for 2 hrs to check in inspite of booking in Advance I have bad experience of staying in this, i will never return to this hotel again

It has been a nice stay at the hotel. This was not far from the attractions and New York City. The kids enoyed it. We felt comfortable.

Rooms are very nice and clean, but service is terrible, and location is not great. We asked for information about a train to the city, and were told there is no train nearbye, though the Hoboken station is less than 10 miles away. In addition, we asked the front desk to call us a taxi, and they called a 'limo' service using unmarked vehicles and a driver who could barely speak English. After getting some (minimal) proof that he was actually a taxi driver, he told us he'd charge us $35 to take us to the train station in Hoboken. When we refused the fare, he took a roundabout way back to the hotel and charged us $15 for the run-around. The hotel staff was not helpful at all in our effort to resolve the dispute, despite the fact that they called this company for us.

I stay in this Inn when I go to NJ all the time. Other than 'surrounding neighbor,' good to saty in with cheap price.

The hotel is from a walking distance from the bus stop but the way is in very bad conditions, so walk to the bus stop is very hard. If you have a car, maybe this hotel would be a good choice if you go to NJ but if you go to NY this is not the right place to stay.

We stayed overnight with our 7.5 month old and it was decent for the price we paid. It is convenient because it is right off the highway but also a little dangerous because of that. The signage is not very good for where the entrance is so we ended up sorta swerving into the driveway. Other than that, it comes with a continental breakfast, clean room, and lots of parking.

I hesitated to select 'not recommended' because the staff was nice and if you have to stay in Ridgefield, NJ, 3 miles from Teterboro Airport, this motel(not really hotel)will suffice. I wasn't expecting much and that's what I got. The room was adequate(refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and very stiff bed). My main complaint would have to be that my bathroom window had no curtain and being on the ground level behind the building made for an uncomfortable situation. Good luck finding a hotel on Rte46 that's any better.

Nice,clean room and a short cab ride to Manhattan.Decent neighborhood and not too far from Yankee Stadium.

We just basically slept there. The main thing was there were clean sheets and the bathroom was clean. Over all the room wasn't bad. You get what u pay for.

Value for money. Nice and clean hotel. Good Breakfast. It's too close to an highway; If you don't have a car then you'll have to walk along a busy highway to reach the nearest bus stop. But good that the bus takes you directly to Timesquare. Good for people who just need a place to keep baggages and sleep at night after returning from NYC trips.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was close to things (our activities were planned for downtown manhattan). Hotel is not listed in GPS system. Can easily drive by and then have to come back around. Over all, a pretty nice place for the price.

To locate the hotel, you must be a fast sign reader in order to locate your exit ramp. If you miss it good luck to make a u-turn on route 46.

We stayed at this hotel because we were delayed a day on our flight out of LGA. It was pretty far from the airport, and transportation was a 10 minute walk away, dragging luggage. But the hotel itself was satisfactory, clean, and had coffee, microwave, fridge, and complimentary breakfast. The price was reasonable.

I was not comfortable staying at the back of ths hotel, basement level, outside access, facing a wooded area with some debris. I asked twice for a room with an inside door, upper level, and was not given one. It just felt "creepy."
