The Cancún Resort is situated at the threshold of the non-stop excitement and glamour of the renowned Las Vegas Strip. Lake Mead/Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Valley of Fire and Zion National Park are all within a one- to three-hour drive. Golf, tennis, hiking and fishing are also available.
The Cancún Resort features a Mayan theme in the perfectly manicured grounds of the central courtyard, towering pyramids that complement the gardens, and poolside Caribe lounge and restaurant. The vivid flora and the swaying palm trees create the ambience of an "Oasis in the Desert," and the interior of the resort is adorned in stone, bronze and deep rich wood tones. Guests can enjoy four enormous waterslides, and a grand swimming pool while relaxing with a cool beverage under a shady palapa in a poolside hammock. The day spa on-site can provide some pampering, and the adult lounge is a popular hangout with a big-screen television, billiards and shuffleboard. Internet access is available in the property's "Hotspots" for a surcharge.
The one- and two-bedroom villas at the Cancún Resort are endowed with welcoming warmth by the rich earthy tones of the décor and furnishings. All the units boast full kitchens, dining areas and spacious bathrooms with whirlpool baths. The one-bedroom villa has a king bed in the master bedroom and queen sofa bed, while the two-bedroom villas have a second bedroom with a queen bed. Maid service is available for stays of five nights or longer.
