The location of this hotel was great for our trip. Everything we were in town for was within walking distance and/or a $10 cab ride. The hotel was still under construction but we barely noticed it. I would definitely stay here again.

Yes, this hotel is undergoing some renovations but if you are out visiting the sites, it should not be an issue. The hotel is right across the street from at least a half a dozen restaurants and pubs. It is also a 3 cab ride or 10-15 min walk away from all the sites downtown. I was in Nashville to see a physician at the cancer clinic at Vanderbilt. I was scared, nervous, etc. It was more than fantastic not to have to worry about where we would be staying. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I could go on and on. :) I will be staying at this hotel on all of my return trips.

I stayed at the comfort inn with 3 other friends. We loved our stay and we will be staying here again when we come back. They were doing some work, remodeling the lobby but overall the rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Locations is great if you want to spend time listening to great music in local bars just a taxi ride away and for some it is also within walking distance.

Convenient and affordable but not very accommodating. Had an unplanned overnight stay at hospital and they would not cancel the one night because it was 4:00 when we called. And we were repeat customers. If you are coming for medical treatments just book one night at a time.

This is a great location as it is just a short drive to the main tourist attractions. There are plenty of food places within walking distance as well. The rooms are cramped in my opinion. It was clean, but in need of cosmetic work. The best thing about the hotel was it's easy access to I-40, and it was within walking distance of down town. Location is everything.

Staff was rude, room was marginally clean, my comforter had smoke burns in it, the shower was luke warm and the tub did not drain!! Dryer worked for a minute then in took me 10 minutes to figure out how to pop the breaker to get it to work again. Room had heavy 'perfume' spray, the kind that tries to cover up a bad smell.

Hotel rooms were vary small, maintenance was poor workmanship. The bathroom was almost too small to get in and turn around in, also the hotel was undergoing construction work which made the lobby to small for check in.

The hotel is under construction while they expand the lobby and build a new breakfast room. The rooms were standard and the beds were very firm. Breakfast is above and beyond with a great selection of items but ends early at 9:30. The construction never affected our stay. This hotel is your standard Comfort Inn, but I cannot say enough about the location. […] It is within a short walk to the Station Inn, Music row, restaurants and bars and even downtown, just wear your tennis shoes or most comfortable cowboy boots! The only incident we had was with a bachelor/bachelorette party that decided they wanted to hang out on the balcony from the time they got to the hotel at 4am until I finally called the front desk at 5:45. The noise stopped almost immediately after my phone call. Thanks to front desk for taking care of that situation so quickly! Read more

It was horrible we have been driving for 12 hours and needed somewhere to sleep before we got on the road again. Well we got woken up at 7 am from them doing construction on the hotel. Nothing like a few powerdrills to helps you sleep in.

We came to town to see a concert at Exit In and decided to make a full trip out of it and stay the night. Booked in advanced mainly based on ratings and price. Great location, reasonable pricing! My stay at the Comfort in was fine. Its close to great restruants, bars and attractions. The location for the price can't be matched. This hotel is in the middle of a rapidly expanding city so keep that in mind. There is construction going on. If you are from a more rural area and are not uses to the noises of the city you may want to here or anywhere […] else downtown, stick to the sticks. Very noisy due to closeness to train station and interstate. There was gap in the lower part of the door (about 1/2 inch) where we could see daylight and the cold wind came in. The heat/air unit was also very noisy.

Undergoing renovation (lobby and new breakfast room). Older property which has had a paint. King bed very comfortable and good linen. Room wasnt big and tub a little hard getting in and out of. Old hotel, cheap rate, construction starts at 6 am. Do not plan on sleeping in, construction on the hotel and on the surrounding lots starts early. I asked to be placed on the opposite side of the hotel when we checked in, but was told it was full. I checked out at 7 am when I wanted to sleep off the night before. I found out then that there were plenty […] of rooms available on the quieter side. Spend the extra few $ stay at a newer, quieter spot. Room was in disrepair. Door to outside was missing half the weatherstrip. The sink did not drain properly. The toilet had been repaired, but was poorly reattached and missing complete base. Hair dryer kept turning off. Pillows were too small and not firm enough. How much time do you have?
