The carpets needed cleaning and the shower did not work . . . when I called and booked the two rooms, I told them that one of the rooms would have 4 people, yet only 3 towels were stocked. When I checked in I asked if they had room service and was told no (which is O.K.). I did not learn until the next morning when we were checking out that there was a restaurant right there on property. That would have been nice to know when we checked in... I think an elevator at the lobby to access the rooms close to it would make more sense than parking down at Building 4 to access an elevator to get to rooms in Building 1. Then both of the electronic key cards stopped working for one of the rooms after we had placed our belongings in the room. I realize these things can happen anywhere. I went to the office and they fixed that problem right away which was very much appreciated. Over all, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend it. However, your staff was very nice and pleasant when speaking with me at check in and check out as well as resolving the electronic key card issue. . . . .

The hotel was not close to anything. It was filthy my baby crawled on the floor and her legs and knees were black with dirt. Under the bed had garbage and high thick dust and dirt piles. Then to top it off the keys wouldnt work to our room. And the cherry on top after noticing the filth we couldnt even shower because there was no cold water it was scalding hot. I had to call the manager 3 days in a row to finally get my money back. Will never use this hotel again.

Requested double bed, smoking room. Upon arrival I am given a non-smoking room with a King bed. It's 2am. Once I finally realize and inquire about a smoking room, I'm told there are none. Then I tell them this is what I originally requested and needed, one materialized. Ridiculous. The beds are HORRENDOUS. STAINED SHEETS (just nasty) and uncomfortable. I will NEVER stay here again...rather sleep in my car for a few hours at a local wal-mart

This place is a rundown hotel that need to be demolished. Room front door greeted with rat traps. Quality of the room was awful, room maintenance service was none. Curtains were broken couldn't close them. Carpet was dirty, hair in sinks. Plastic on beds were ripped, old towels . . Need I say more. They call this place a venue for weddings. Unless you're a redneck who doesn't mind sleeping with rats, don't bother.

Staff was great. We had wanted a king size bed and none were available in the type if room we booked, so we were upgraded to a suite. The fridge was not plugged in so we did not get to use it and the bed was harder than i like, but good place to stay if you are wanting an affordable stay outside of l.a.

Checked, I pre booked to an upgraded room with a king bed. I tried to tell them I booked a king. They said I get what is left when I show up. I said no. I was confirmed back a king in the upgraded room to a suite. He said no I booked a regular room. I said no did not. I paid more for my room. He insisted I did not. I then showed him my booking. Then he said well it shows here through Expedia that you booked a regular room. I said I booked through hotels.com not Expedia. All of the sudden he had my room! Bed was hard as a rock. Ended up sleeping on the sofa... No outlets left by desk for computer without unplugging the lights or TV. Nothing by the kitchen table. Had to stretch f on the kitchen my moving table.

Everything was fine except checking in. When I asked if they could get me a quiet room, I found my room was on the bottom floor facing the pool. Wouldn't it be important for the front desk clerk to say "we don't have any left"? The hotel was FAR from being full based on the nearly empty parking lot. And to not mention that a train runs past the hotel within a block with horns and clanging might be something worth mentioning. Other than that, the stay was ok.

I stayed in Hotel due to convenience location. I was attending my cousin's sweet 16 in Norwalk and it was two blocks away. The hotel was fully booked, very well controlled by security.

The hotel is older but clean. I rated the room low because the carpet was old and dirty and had a smell and the furniture was old. They had no sheers in the window so if you open the curtains for light anybody could look inside. The bathroom was very clean. The room reminded me of an older Marriott. I do not like the look of the furniture in the lobby and the internet signal was very weak. The signal stopped working. The restaurant only has limited time and buffet. The mattresses were very good. Linens were quality.

We based our decision to stay at this hotel on the website and pictures we saw before booking. The hotel did NOT look like the pictures, at all. The place needs a HUGE cleaning and major remodeling. Our room had food on the floor, from the people who stayed there before us. There was not a bathtub in the room, only a shower that had mold and paint chipping everywhere. The place was just old and dirty. They boasted of a restaurant on site, but we found out it's not even open and the other places to eat within "walking distance" turned out to be more then 5 miles down the street. The location itself was not horrible, but that's about all I can say positive about the whole stay. Go somewhere else.

The room was clean, the shower was amazing. I hate hotels that the shower barely drizzles out, but this one was hard presurre which I like. I liked how the bathroom/shower was totally seperate with a wall blocking from the actual room itself so you can have a little more privacy in the bathroom. Only real complaint was the beds were super uncomfy, and really squicky.

When I checked in, they asked me for my ID and credit card. I told them it has been paid. She said it is for deposit (in case we break something in the room), that they will reverse it when I check out. They did reversed it the following day after we checked out. This is the only hotel that asked for $50 deposit. I booked for three people, there's only one face towel in the bathroom. Most hotels have wi-fi, microwave and ref, and they don't, which is too inconvenient for us.

Hotel was fine, however phone and toilet did not work. On their defense, I must add that I never said anything about it to front desk because I was too tired and cold to walk to front desk to find a solution. I did ask them for a receipt of my bill and the front desk person did me a favor by print it my confirmation from hotels.com, but later when I called in to have them email me a true receipt, Blanca at front desk refused to help me and transferred me to an imaginary manager that kept going into a voicemail. The actual hotel was clean, nice beds and television did work. Their customer service skills could be a little improved.

PROS: Room was standard for the price. clean. the lady at the front desk was very nice checking me in. CONS: Train tracks is right next to the rooms, so it is a bit of a nuisance. Internet went down around 8pm, called multiple time and they said they would fix it. Finally around 11pm they said, they can't access the modem until morning... Needless to say, I couldn't send out emails that I needed to that evening. Cleaning lady just knocks and barges in at 8:15am, told her to come back after I check out. She then tries to come in again at 10am. Check out isn't until 12pm! So that was annoying.

Don't expect to get a 5 star room for a 2 star price. You get what you pay for. This hotel is out dated and needs a ton of work. That being said, the rooms are clean, spacious, and functional. If you are on a tight budget and need a hotel close to the freeway, this is your hotel.

Definitely affordable considering all it has to offer. Minimal criminal activity as far as I could tell, but did witness two domestic violent situations while there for two weeks. Safe unless you are the one bringing the danger.

The rooms were SPACIOUS (including the bathrooms). The hotel grounds were HUGE, the pool and jacuzzi operatable, and for the most part the front desk attendants were considerate of any requests or changes made to the itinerary or room selection.

Straight out of the twilight zone. Bed made of springing cardboard. Dirty, dinghy EVERYTHING!!

Less than ideal. Only received one washcloth for several of the days we were here. The peephole lens had been removed from the door enabling anyone outside to see into our bedroom. No drain plug in the bathroom wash basin which forces anyone using it to wash their hands or face under running water only. I never saw anyone using the swimming pool during the entire time I was there. Selection of menu items from the cafe were minimal at best.

When I arrived, I booked three rooms in a row. I was given the keys and proceeded to my room. To my surprise I was given three rooms that were being remodeled. It took over an hour to get three new rooms. The carpet was filthy, the bed was worn out and their was a bad oder. The guests above my room were loud and rude, did not sleep at all. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Nice room- clean and well kept Hotel grounds well kept also Towels too thin, need a couple of extra towels or change to thicker ones Will stay here again

I stayed in room number 2206. My son left his computer battery there. but they said it was not there so I am very sad If I am going to LA I DO NOT WANT TO RECOMMEND YOUR HOTEL

The hotel was really simple, but the price was good comparing to the other options available in LA. It was ok to sleep, but for sure it was not the best choise. Hotel is really far away from the main sightseeings in LA.

In the room, Carpet was dirty and bed not very comfortable. Very nice lobby but room not so clean.
