Our stay was very short, but the rooms were very comfortable. We had the two bedroom suite and it was perfect for us. I will stay there next time we are in El Paso, and stay longer. I loved that it had a full sized refrigerator, dish washer and stove, if we would need it. But the bedrooms and bathrooms were so great, comfy and roomy enough. Hotel stay was very pleasant and staff was very helpful. I was very surprised to read that the Marriot was pet friendly. But either I didn’t read it or they failed to say that they charge a fee of $100.00, that is non-refundable. This was a total surprise for us!!!!!

Area was just shopping and highways but hotel was quiet and very nice. It was nicer then the other marriots and had good high speed internet. Fine hotel for long stay of business traveler.

Overall, the stay was acceptable. A little too close to Mexico and the violence there to suit me. The morning breakfast staff spoke no english at all and became visably upset when my wife and I got to the buffet some fifteen minutes before it closed. Later the motel staff were having a great time eating the left overs.

I highly recommend Residence Inn in El Paso. Great location, great place to stay with family. Restaurants, stores, and pharmacy within walking distance. The gym could be bigger, but I was able to sneak in a brief workout and it was fine.

We were visiting our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids who are at Fort Bliss. Our room was a good size to have them over and open Christmas presents and not feel crowded. There was a full kitchen area, even though we didn't really use the appliances. We stayed two nights and our supplies were repleneshed on night two, except for washcloths. The bathtub […] drain was very slow and I informed the desk about that. Other than those two incidents, the overall experience was great and purchasing through Expedia was a money saver versus purchasing throught the facility directly. Nuestra estadía fue muy placentera con excepción del desayuno ya que era muy poca la comida que había para la cantidad de personas que estabamos. Creo que deben poner especial atención en esto ya que los 3 días que estuvimos hospedados siempre ocurríó lo mismo.
