We stayed in BC 106, a two bedroom condo. The building is very nice with convenient parking under the rooms. Nice pool and hot tub and the place was... active with Spring Break kids, which we like as we had out grandkids with us. There really isn't any hotel service, only an on-site security person and a property manager. Everything was handled by phone. There wasn't even a place to check in to. Rooms, property gate, beach gate, all had cypher locks and the codes were provided to us by phone. We were supposed to get a message beforehand, but, I don't think we got it. Our chief complaint was the condo was not very clean. Area rugs were dirty. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. We also had unseasonably cold weather and the complex doesn't have much to do when it's cold - no game rooms, etc. The beach was terrific and the town was an easy bike ride away with a sidewalk all the way. St. Simons Island is the largest of Georgia's Golden Isles and features the 104-foot tall St. Simons Island Light, an octagonal lighthouse built in 1811. Our room was clean. I would stay here again. My only problem checking in was that I did not have the gate code or my room number and had to call the hotel when I arrived. I was given the information over the phone but would have preferred to know that information prior to arriving.

The hote location was at the right place to convince us that the twelve hour ride was worth it. Like the huge master bath, and a easy short walk to the beach it was like going out your back door and you were on the beach where you get the feeling the beach was all yours

If you are looking for a place to get away from the fast pace and large crowds then you will find peace and quiet here.They certainly offer a stress free environment here. No wild parties or loud distractions. Everyone i came in contact with was very polite even the guests.

I went down this previous week with my girlfriends and our toddlers. The location is perfect, right on the beach. Grills beside the pool for cooking dinner while the little ones played. Two hot tubs, and a kiddie pool. Beautifully landscaped. Our room was everything we were hoping for, balcony, full kitchen with new appliances and all types of dishes […] you'll need, the beds were very comfortable, and it was a spacious condo! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We loved the easy access to the beach. The pool and garden areas was beautiful and lovely. The décor in the room was a little too excessive with (tropical and beach) artifacts but nothing to keep me from coming back. I would recommend the facility to family and friends and I look forward to my return.

great, secure location. nothing swanky, just a beach condo. would have been nice to know dryer wasn't working in advance. be sure to bring soap and basic cleaning supplies.

The suite was great - and fit (not with a lot of extra space) 3 adults and two teens. The beach clean, the staff friendy and plenty to do in the area. St Simons is a great island! Just a really great place for a low-key vacation!

The apartment was larger than I imagined and close to the beach. The reception was very hospitable and looked after my luggage when I had checked out. There was free local calls available however unfortunately the phone in this particular apartment was not working.
