This hotel was just ok. The pros were that the staff was very nice and it was very convenient to the highway. That's about it for pros. There were several cons. The hotel is very old. Although the lobby is decent, once you walk the halls you see how broken down this place is. The elevator shook violently every time I got on it. The comforters had holes […] in them. The room smelled very musty. The room was very loud. I could hear the people upstairs walking very hard all night. Plus my room was right next to Rt. 20 so I could hear construction too. The only complaint I have is that the room was smelling because of moisture because the AC had been turned off. Once I switched the ac on for 10 mins or so the smell went away.

Smells, looks, feels filthy. Elevator smelled like urine for 2 days. Hall way was HOT. Upon entering the rooms, no air conditioning was on. 97 degrees outside temp. Took forever to cool down. Could not stay in room until it was cooled down.

If you need an airport hotel, this is it. You can see the airport from the hotel without the airport noise. Location is next to interstate for easy access. Several local restaurants to choose from. Room was nice and clean, no bad smell. Only complaint is ice machine didn't work, had to go downstairs for ice.

Hotel staff was extremely professional and friendly. Guests above my room were loud and early morning and late night. Response by the front desk was quick to address the issue. Quality Inn was a great place for the night when needing a place for one night, The comfy pillows and bed was great and the room was very clean, also enjoyed the great breakfest in the morning, great hotel that is near the airport makesit really easy to catch a flight.
