I and my family stayed at this hotel for our college visit in the town. The room was clean and well maintained. Beds were a little too soft, and had a bleach smell that made me and my husband sneeze a few times. It seemed the cusions behind the pillow on the bed do not seem to be washed everytime and smellled a little bit. But these details didn't bother me much. Everything else in the room was very good for the price.

A bit more expensive then expected but it was Graduation Week and with 5 colleges and UMass Amherst graduating, we were lucky to find this. Very clean,... new, comfortable accessible room. the hotel was clean and well kept...what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The beds had pillow top mattresses, but the odd thing is they had a kind of Plastic-cover kind of feel. The only qualm was no restaraunt at hotel and there were a lot of guys hanging out drinking coffee in reception lobby, which made some in my party feel uncomfortable. I liked the hotel overall and would stay in Comfort Inn Suites again.

We only needed a quick overnight stay and we definitely selected the right place. Comfort Inn in Ludlow was convenient to where we had been all day and convenient to the highway for our morning trip. For a brief stay, we were very pleased. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast really hit the spot.

I stayed at this hotel for one to visit the basketball hall of fame. It was a nice hotel. Clean with very polite and friendly staff. Room was nice and comfortable. No issues with the hotel at all.
