"MOTHERS DAY GET AWAY"
It was a very nice stay which both of us enjoyed. We normally try to visit in February, but we did not make it. Both of us are still working and feel the need to pamper ourselves a few times a year.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location, great breakfast, clean room and very charming! Will definitely return!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Looking for a getaway weekend for wifes birthday, stayed in one of the garden rooms-they surround a courtyard of plants and waterfalls-recommend the rooms and the breakfast was much better than usualGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"So pretty and charming"
the hotel is beautiful...gorgeous lobby/sitting rooms and the courtyard lovely. Our only problem was some loud neighbors. I called hotel desk and they were very responsive and the noise soon dies down. I think the walls however are literally kind of thin, so I would hesitate about another stay. There was also some loud music coming from somewhere (a […] bar) that seemed to blare here and there was was pretty quiet by 11. Generally, I would love to stay there again. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The lobby and breakfast area was very nice. It was raining during our stay so we could not enjoy the patio, but it was also well maintained.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Top notch in a boardwalk community town"
This boutique hotel is a quiet and tasteful secret of a beach town. Only a block away from the hustle and bustle of the main street and a boardwalk culture, it is an oasis. The decor is lovely and calming and the rooms are nicely appointed. The breakfast is top notch with hot and fresh, healthy and indulgent selections. The coffee was delicious. "Great placed to stay"
The Bellmoor is an older hotel, but very nice. It has a lot of charm. The courtyard is very quiet and peaceful, great place to relax a while. Sunday breakfast was very good, fresh fruits, yogurt, juice, baked items and made to order eggs. I would highly recommend the Bellmoor.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very convenient to all beach activities"
The visit was great but the morning breakfast service was slow for the special request items. Only one chef doing 4-5 requests at one time. This was changed since our last visit. The prepared items on the breakfast choices were very good. We just missed our eggs with our hotcakes. Staff were pleasant and helpful and parking was convenient.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very loud at night in the courtyard rooms, and it wasn't necessarily loud conversations -- we could hear every cough of another guest in an adjacent room. I rarely complain and was disappointed by the fact that, while the room and adjacent property was nice, it was hard to sleep because someone was coughing normally in another room.Genuine Expedia guest review
We stayed two nights with friends in adjoining garden rooms that looked out to a lovely garden area with tastefully arranged wooden chairs and small tables in areas surrounded by lush trees and plantings. Although smaller than other queen rooms in large hotels, this room had beautiful decor and enough space to get sbout. The bed was very comfortable […] and the bath immaculate Breakfast included a variety of hot and cold foods such ad omlets, scones, fresh fruits and yogurts and coffee and tea were available all day and evening.Although we did not use the spa, one could easily relax by sitting indoors at a very special put favorite spot throughout the lobby and adjoining indoor porches and dining areas. The wicker sete and table in the porch facing the garden was our favorite as was the library. Staff easily arranged another night for us. The village and beach front were a short walk away. We will return! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Bellmoor Inn & Spa, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware"
well-located and convenient to Rehoboth Beach shops and restaurant, nice quiet location a few blocks away from the board walk and nightlife. Lovely and calm lobby, library, and sitting areas - did not use the spa or exercise facilities but they were well-equipped. Lots of windows in the light filled dining area inside, with casual seating outside in […] garden courtyard patio. Omelet chef on weekend mornings supplementing the generous breakfast selections of hot and cold items. 3 pm tea/coffee time with freshly baked cookies too! Room very charming decor, clean and comfortable - quiet and safe feeling. I wish I could have spent more time at the Bellmoor - was sorry to leave! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"nice hotel - pretty close to the beach"
And in conclusion..... This hotel was nice but in the day we were there we had a few issues. 1. Bed was hard as a rock 2. Our room had a nice view of the roof. I would think off season they would have rooms without completely restricted views. All we could see was the roof of the hotel entrance. 3. We only really dealt with the breakfast employees. […] the omelet guy literally asked everyone their order 3 times. Of course you can't expect a lot from a guy with a neck tattoo. Otherwise they were pretty disorganized for something as simple as putting out breakfast items. one lady basically pushed me out of the way to fill the utensil section that was already 1/4 full. "Wonderful For Relaxation"
I chose this hotel for some much needed "me time" and the Bellmoor definitely fit the bill. From the spa to the garden patio and the close distance to the ocean I was able to kick back and de-stress. The hotel staff was helpful but not the friendliest staff I had ever experienced. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this hotel […] to friends and family. "Will go back for SURE !"
Booked our stay based on the high ratings here on Expedia from previous guests...am very happy I did ! Very quaint...very clean....and the staff couldnt have been any kinder or more helpful. The breakfast included in our rate was surprisingly "abundant"...eggs, french toast, fresh fruit, hot and cold cereals, sausage/bacon, and a variety of toasting […] options. 24hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate also a nice touch..especially in the cooler off-season. The room was more of a B&B feel vs a hotel, which was nice....would stay here again for SURE. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Above the rest!"
Great hotel, well above other hotels in the area. I would recommend it for those who want to keep high standards at a beach town.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was nice and had a great breakfast, but the carpets need updating. In addition, the hot tub temperature was too low.Genuine Expedia guest review

Excelent location! The room has a fair size and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. Totally recommend it for a weekend getaway!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect location and beautiful hotel"
This hotel was better than we could have hoped for. It is only a 2 minute drive or 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach and maybe a 5 minute walk to the dogfish head brewpub. It is also conveniently close to all of the outlet malls of Rehoboth beach. Our room was a little on the small side but they were super clean and had a nice updated beachy feel. The […] free breakfast was better than some hotel breakfasts you have to pay for. This hotel felt very fancy and had an "old money" feel to it that we loved. We would love to come back! "Loving the Bellmoor"
Comfortable and elegant. Only complaint is the TV could not be seen from the sofa. A retractable pedestal should be used.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was very nice. The room was quaint. The breakfast was excellent.Genuine Expedia guest review
The stay was great. My only suggestion would be to get a room in the main building if the weather is cold.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Everything was nice and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and courteous. A few negatives were that the room was small, the breakfast was nothing special and the exercise room had a very limited variety of equipment.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Wonderful Mid Winter getaway"
this was our first time there and wow what a gem. We enjoyed reading by the fire in the lobby library and the convenience to all the wonderful downtown restaurants. The included breakfast was delicious and with many choices. It was a wonderful surprise to find. Would love to get away again very soon.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Winter Warm at the Bellmoor"
We went to Rehoboth Beach on a freezing, rainy weekend and stayed warm and cozy at the Bellmoor. The hotel was close enough to the boardwalk and downtown main street to do a little exploring on foot in spite of the cold. We were never more than a few blocks from the hotel. Inside the Bellmoor there are enough reading rooms and relaxing areas outside […] of the room to spend an enjoyable morning or afternoon with coffee or a bottle of wine. We were able to find a private corner for just the two of us, even in the public areas. Loved the hot coffee and warm cookies in the afternoon. A much needed romantic getaway! "Bellmoor Inn Getaway"
Beautiful -- clean -- comfortable -- relaxing -- delicious -- the perfect place to stay for a quick (or extended) getaway!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I have always wanted to stay here but it is too expensive in the summer. I was happy to finally get to stay in December! Gorgeous hotel, great location and great breakfast:)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We had a terrific time at the hotel. Public areas very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast (included) was very good. King Bed extremely comfortable. Only slight inconvenience having to go outside to get to the main building from garden room, where we stayed. Very near to shops and Dogfish Head brew-pub.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Comfortable and cozy Inn"
Overall we thought the Inn was really nice. The common areas definitely trump the sleeping rooms, but overall it was nice and comfortable.Breakfast was great and is included. Honestly it is expensive for what it is, but we suspect the price is driven by the lack of options in the area. Couldn't see bringing the kids, but it was a perfect little get […] away and we would go back. You can't beat the location and access to restaurants and local shops. "Veteran's Day 11-11-11"
We stayed in a garden apartment. The price was the highest for the area but was also the highest rated. The hotel was gorgeous, with beautiful woodwork in the lobby. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, and even suggested dining arrangements from a sea of eateries. Confucius Chinese restaurant was the one we visited and dinner was exceptional. The […] room was through the courtyard or accessible from the side street, where we parked in front of the unit. It was not huge but cozy. It had a beachy theme. The bed was a queen with plenty of pillows and a high quality bed set, very comfy. Bathroom was non-exceptional but they did offer robes. The vanity area was very crowded, offering standards like a hair dryer, coffee pot and ice bucket. I liked that the cups were not paper but glass(coffee, water, and wine). The television was a flat screen and offered some cable channels. Breakfast was very good. An omelet chef was available, as well as a small buffet and assortment of pastries and fresh fruit. This was icing on the cake for me. We had a wonderful stay and are glad we paid the slightly higher price. Breakfast alone made up the cost difference. Maybe next time we will be able to stay longer and enjoy the on-site spa. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

I stayed a night in the fall when weather was not cold but overcast. "Not Your Average Beach Hotel!"
The Bellmoor was a delightful place in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. Just two blocks from the Boardwalk and within walking distance to many great restaurants, stores, the convention center, and more. "What a Great Hotel!"
We stayed at the Bellmoor at the end of Oct 11. This is one of our all time favorite places to stay. We had a double queen deluxe room that was immaculate, spacious, and charming. The included breakfast was eleagantly presented, with ample light and full-fare choices, and served in a beautifully furnished dining room and sunroom area. The hotel isn't […] beachfront-- you've got to go a few blocks-- but it's in a quiet neighborhood a block off the main business street in Rehobeth, and within easy walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping. The staff is personable and cheerfully helpful. We have only good things to say about this hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ask to see the room before you check in"
The Bellmoor is reputed to be the best hotel in Rehoboth Beach. But for my money, take a look at the room before you sign. Our room was miniscule in size, with no room for cosmetics or toiletries in the vanity area. I had to put my stuff on the floor. The bed had little room to walk around, although it did have a desk and chair. The room was damp and […] so musty that we had to keep the moldy air conditioner on 24 hrs a day. There was mold in the bathroom. I was so disappointed I didn't even explore the spas. In addition, the outside noise from cars and the 4am street sweeper made it difficult to sleep. Plus, the laundry cart rattles down the walkway beginning at 7 am and makes an additional racket. Never again! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel has excellent service and they don't skimp on the personnel to go out of their way to please you. We had booked a room on the second floor and when stairs were not an option for my wife; the hotel clerk quickly came up with a replacement room on the first floor. The room had a quaint old world style with modern conveniences like refridge, […] flat screen TV and up to date sinks. The shower was in an old style bath and the water pressure was not the best but worked for us. We looked at the family outdoor pool and decided not to try it as it looked dirty. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of hot and fresh food. The lobby with library and beautiful book shelves was wonderful to relax in. The location was great and very close walking distance from the down town activity. A great overall pick for the area. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Wonderful stay at The Bellmoor Inn"
I attended a local medical convention and stayed at The Bellmoor as a change of pace from the pricier Boardwalk Plaza. It is quaint and lovely with a cozy garden. I booked the least expensive room I could get which was a garden room - room 101. The rooms around the garden have the advantage of free WiFi. I think the rooms in the main building either […] require a wire or a trek to the lobby for WiFi. I had read some earlier complaints about the buffett breakfast. I don't know what those people were talking about. It was delicious. The hotel is just a bit of a walk to the beach. I'm looking forward to my next stay at The Bellmoor. "The Bellmoor, Annapolis, Md"
I was expecting more of a bed and breakfast experience given the size of this Inn and the way it was advertised. It was a longer walk to the beach then advertised, and if you have children and stuff to carry, plan on driving to the beach. Do not expect to be able to sleep in. The vacuums start at 8:15. There were kids in the from next to us, but seemed […] as though they were in the room with us and they woke up at 6, and I didn't much appreciate the guy on the phone talking legal business for us to hear. After opening the door and to get him to move, he finally didthe third day. The pols were nice, the hot tub was not working for a while. The breakfast was nice, as was the tea. for the cost, it was not what was expected. It was nice to get home to a good nights sleep and comfortable beds. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
