My only complaint is that breakfast is over at 9 on weekdays, which seems awfully early. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay--beds were incredibly comfortable, my room smelled like fresh linen when I walked in (although one of the other rooms in my party smelled faintly of cigarette smoke), and the pool/breakfast areas were clean and well kept. […] The hot tub was VERY hot, with no way to adjust the temperature. We went for the Tulip Festival. It was understandably pretty crowded when we stayed here but it was still pretty good. Our room was clean and the free breakfast was good too.

I did not end up staying at the hotel. Went to Comfort Suites up the street. I will never book at this hotel again!!!! We told the hotel ahead of time that my husband was handicap therefore needed a first floor room and they put us on the top floor. Then when they went to correct it they put us in a room half the size of the room i had requested and […] paid for. The capacity for the pool was supposed to be 25 and there was over 50 people in there and when we went to the desk about this they said we dont know what you want us to do its spring break. That was the last straw for us. So we packed our bags and left, went to Comfort Suites and booked a great room on the first floor. And no issues with the pool they had control of their hotel while Baymont did not. Read more

Knew what we were getting into because we drive by a few times per year. Attached Rest/Bar has good food. Small breakfast room, limited food selections. Waffles, toast or cereal Gentlemen at the front desk said keys were a problem on the first floor, after giving us our keys. Had to swipe several times for it to read properly and unlock the door. Our stay met all of our expectations. We arrived after an arduous drive over black iced roads littered with cars and trucks in the ditches.. The attached restaurant was a welcomed sight. We took advantage of the draft beer selection with Sam Adams on tap! A good meal and attentive waitress helped relieve the stress of the drive. Room was spotless. Housekeeping saw us in the hallway and actually asked us if the room had been cleaned to our satisfaction! (Of course it was). Nice hotel, clean inside and out. Our only concern was that our bed just KILLED our backs. Strange that both of us couldn't sleep on that bed - normally if we have a problem with a bed it's one of us or the […] other, not both. Very nice hotel at a nice location, with good pub/resteraunt. Went to the pub to get some late night food but really impressed by the very tasty burger. Clean room, quite and comfortable. Saw many families with children. Swimming pool is small but enough for kids.

This was not my first stay at the Baymont so obviously it is one that I would return to again. My only complaint is with some of the front desk staff and the manner in which they speak to hotel guests. It feels like I am inconveniencing them at check-in and I even heard someone speaking negatively about a guest of the hotel. Tacky! I will say that […] overall, the hotel is clean, and a good value.
