Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location. Large room. Only downside was the smell of the water but that may be out of hotel's control. Pools do not have a shallow end. We will book the hotel again.

Great location. Steps away from the beach. Excellent buffet breakfast included in the room rate. Noticed a lot of families with young kids, as well as seniors, enjoying the pool. WIFi free was in the lobby only. wish they have free WIFI in the hotel rooms as well. The air conditioning needs to be a bit more stable. The room was warm.

We came back from phiphi island at night and just after I sent my 70s yrar old parents to the room, the front desk knock the door, check how many ppl in the room, without any respect 2. We staryed one week. Nice and clean place in the heart of the busy and touristic Patong area. Little noisy a few nights, with late comers back from town. Very well layed out resort which makes you feel retracted and away from the busy streets of Patong. Two smaller pools.

It was a great place to stay. Really close to the beach and its on the main tourist strip of pa tong. The bed was very very firm which was the only down side. Overall, I would go back, the staff were friendly, the place was clean and they made great cocktails .

This is the second time staying at this hotel, will stay here again. Great hotel friendly staff. The only bad thing about this hotel is the beds are really hard. The bathrooms have been renovated and are now more modern with rain drop shower heads, excellent upgrade. The breakfast is just want is needed to start the day off right.

First the bad: Overall the room was somewhat dated, the bed was rock hard, power is only available when you are in the room (meaning a short wait for the aircon to cool the room, and charging those gadgets you brought with you can be a nuisance). The hotel is just over the road from the beach and is also close to supermarket, many markets and lots of restaurants and bars, so extremely good location if you want to be out and about in Patong! Loved the Horizon! They provide a free shuttle between their karon beach and patong beach properties, so you do not have to pay 300 to 400 baht for a tuk tuk. The service is amazing, they are all so friendly and always willing to help you and get to know you too. There are two great pools and both have great music playing. The hotel has a great location - close to the beach, shops and restaurants etc. We got a Superior Room which was quite spacious and very clean. My advice would be to book the room with breakfast daily with expedia. This hotel isn't flashy, but you it is lovely. The service is great - speak with "Toon" at reception, she is lovely!! The pools were both great, as were the pina coladas at the pool bars!! Lage praktisch mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Swimmingpool im Resort hat sehr warmes Wasser: Wasser wird ständig durch die Sonnenstrahlung erwärmt. Hier findet man keine Abkühlung - Wenn ich bei Lufttemperatur 35 Grad Celsius ins Wasser gehe, fühle ich, dass das Wasser wesentlich heißer ist, - dann nur noch an Liege nachschwitzen. Viel Spaß!

ファミリー向けのホテルとしてはコストパフォーマンスがいいと思います。 設備が古いようですが、それなりにスタッフの対応もよく叉朝食も 中程度の内容でした。困ったのは豪雨に対応した排水設備がなく いたるところで水溜りができて非常に歩きにくかったことです。それでも 致命的ではなかったと思います。フレンドリーでカジュアルなそこそこの ホテルでしょうか？

ホテルからビーチまでつながっていること、部屋の前にプールがあること（ない部屋もある）など立地は申し分なくいい。ホテル前には安いマッサージやコンビにもあるし、すぐそばからはバスにも乗れる。最高だが、ホテルは古くせせこましく、リゾート感覚は全然ない。お風呂の水は茶色。

部屋の設備、清潔度、スタッフの対応（特に愛想）どれをとっても満足でした。 朝食はバイキング形式で、種類も程度で味は合格点でした。 ３泊しましたが、メニューは少しずつ変わっています。 唯一の難点は夕方以降ロビーに蚊が多くいることです。かなり刺されました。 この時間帯に歩き回る際には虫除けを準備したほうがいいかと思います。 立地は繁華街にあり、ビーチの目の前ですので、海に入る予定があればかなり便利です。 客層はアジア人が少なくて、タイ料理の他にもステーキやイタリア料理が かなり本格的かつ安価で大満足でした。また行きたいと思います。
