The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. They made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. Restaurants, coffee shops and grocery are an easy walk away, 0 - 10 minutes. The room was a bit cool but extra cozy blankets were available in the closet. The water ran constantly so we turned the valve off every night for a quiet sleep.

This was a wonderful experience. I stayed in 9A which was but a 2 minute walk from the Rynek. The space was spotless and large, and with a fully stocked kitchen (with a washer/dryer). I wish I could have found a grocery store near by to cook meals in to save a bit of money. Great shower (such water pressure!) and having a TV with some cable was nice (good to watch some BBC news). In all, I hope to stay here again.

I have stayed here 3 times thus far, and would do it all over again! It is a nice, charming, older hotel, right across the pedestrian bridge from the Krakow Glowny train station. Clean rooms, ornately festooned windows, and other decor just like your typica, eccentric New-Jersey- Greek -Aunt- goes berserk with the frills and swags thing is going all over the rest of the room.1 it exudes true Polish style! I have been staying here for almost 14 years, and it is a decent deal for the money. And I will likely stay here again, as I rather enjoy it, however, the staff are grumpy, short and n a little bit bossy and rude in their demeanor in general. They love giving unsolicited advice about your clothing choices, and the answer you in a series of short, grunts,or not at all when you ask questions.They used to be nicer than all of that. Not sure if the place has been sold in the meantime, or if they were just being weird. Oh well... It is a great old standby, and I still enjoy the place. It is only about a 10 minute walk to the cloth hall, etc.

a brief ten minute walk to old Jewish section and a bit longer to down town. if you want shopping, you are also next to a mall.one day too tired to go out and ate inside. food was very good and the service excellent. can't ask for more.

Location is great. Easy walking distance to Old Town, Jewish Quarter, and Wawel Castle. 15 or so minute walk to Krakow Glowny (central train station). Hotel rooms have paper thin walls. We could hear everything going on in the room next to us, which included a party of at least 8 people at 2:30 in the morning, which of course woke us up. However, the […] front desk immediately asked the party to be quiet after we complained. Wifi in the room was spotty. Breakfast was not very good with a small selection. Our room was streetside on ground level, but the windows were pretty well soundproofed. There was more noise coming from the other hotel rooms. The shower was very weak. We had a fabulous weekend. The guest representatives were very helpful. We didn't have any tours planned but they arranged everything for us; tickets, transportation. The restaurant was small but wonderful. The breakfast buffet had something for all of us. We truly enjoyed the hospitality of Poland.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Great central location, easy to get to the main square. Great breafast in the morning. It would of been nice to of had tea making facilities in the room, but as the beer is cheap it was not a great problem.

The hotel is in a busy, noisy road and the room shook every time a tram went past. The room I got was big enough, but the bed was in a kind of recess, which meant that it was difficult to get in and out and there were no side tables. The electrics were rather flaky (e.g. a socket was hanging out of the wall, two of the lamps did not work and, when the […] bulbs were replaced, they flickered a lot, there was only one spare socket and it was in a three-way adaptor that was difficult to access). I don't think the carpet was hoovered once in the four days I spent there. Service was good (when I reported the problems with the electrics, the receptionist sent someone to fix them within half an hour), but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. Read more

With a Krakov Card it is simplicity itself to use the very efficient tram/bus network once you have figured out the layout of the lines and where they intersect. Wir waren vom Hotel und Standort begeistert, alles in der Nähe. Die Altstadt geschätzte 200m entfernt.Park Möglichkeit gab es hinterm Hotel im Hof abgeschlossen und Kamerüberwacht, kostet umgerechnet 5€. Zimmer sind sauber und es gibt jeden Tag zwei Flaschenwasser Gratis. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen, der jetzt kein 5 Sternehotel braucht.

Som forventet,har bodd der tidligere.Men denne gang fikk vi rom rett ved veldig bråkete trafikkert vei,som holdt oss våkne deler av natten. Også bråk av forbipasserende fulle folk.Men kort vei til markedsplassen ,grei frokost,og svært hyggelig og behjelpsom personale.

Blev mødt af ret kølig receptionist. Hverken engelsk el. tysk beherskede de ret godt. Der var intet salg af kaffe el. drikkevarer udover morgenmaden, som var af ret lavt niveau i nusset lokale.

Litet rum, med sängar utan bäddmadrasser vilket ger knöliga madrasser. Säger att de har svensk frukost men ser inte till att ha tillräckligt med tex bröd för alla gäster. Ost torr och undermånligt kaffe.

구시가지랑 도보5분거리에 있어서 편리합니다. 시설은 낙후되었고 방 안에 냉장고도 없습니다. 하지만 위치가 구시가지와 가까워 관광하기 편리합니다.

oppassen dat je niet in Fortuna Bis zit, dat ziet er kleiner en ouwbolliger uit (?) - Fortuna heeft een kleine, afgesloten parking, ruime kamers, ouderwetse badkamers (maar met goede douche !) en een goed ontbijt. Ontbijtdame niet vriendelijk, receptiepersoneel daarentegen heel vriendelijk. Makkelijk bereikbaar en vlakbij Grote Markt. we were very happy with our stay at Hotel Fortuna. It was ideally situated (close to the old town) and the service was very good. We were very happy with our rooms and with our stay overall. if we visit Krakow again, we will for sure stay there again!

Hotellet har god beliggenhet i forhold til besøk til gamlebyen. Det er mye trafikk forbi på den ene siden. Hotellet har god sevice og er rent, helt grei frokost. Generelt mye for pengene.
