Representative reviewed my reservation details with me on the phone but that is not what the hotel had when we arrived at the hotel. Could not get the rooms we wanted and the price was higher than quoted on the phone from hotels.com.

No free Breakfast. Pool was cold and they turned off the slides at 9pm when we thought we had till 10 pm. This is not a "water park" It is a pool with two slides. They charge for the slides. The front desk help were average. not very friendly.

I was disgusted. First time I have slept under the covers at a hotel in ages and find a dirty sock under the sheets! This tells me they don't change bedding after every guest checks out!! The front desk all they said is that is funny we don't do laundry. Really!! Or change sheets for that matter will not stay there again.

The Billings Hotel had been around for a long time! It's a nice hotel with lots of extra stuff! The problem is they seem to charge U for everything! But the most ridiculous thing they charge for is the waterslide!i paid 99.00 plus tax for the room, then they wanted 3.00 per person for a wristband to use the slides for one day then if we wanted to use […] the slides on the next day til we checked out at 11 they wanted another 3 dollars per person! Old and worn down, they probably have better rooms, but average guests are not given them. Water slides are fun for the kids. If you just want a room to sleep in, then it's a decent place. The TV reception was horrible, more snow than a blizzard.

My son-in-law got in late and needed the key, he thought we were in room #50 so he told the clerk my name and that he was late getting in and she not only told him it wasn't room #50 but #65 and made him 2 keys! Was a good clean hotel room. We needed a microwave in our room, took 15-20 minutes and the guy brought a crib, took another 10 minutes to get an actual microwave. So if you need a microwave make sure and ask for it right away at front desk. We were by the outdoor courtyard so we did hear voices at the beginning of the night. This hotel should not be rated a three star. The rooms need to be updated. The door in our room was falling apart. The front desk was friendly. However, one cannot sleep on friendly. This hotel should be a one and half to a two star hotel.

No fan in bathroom. Mold in bathroom. Pool was very cold. Lots of kids on slides that did not have wristbands showing that they paid the extra to be on the slides. Very young children on slides (they even let a toddler go down!) Up side is that the room service food was excellent!

The Non-Smoking Room smelled like urine and smoke. Walls were paper thin as we got to listen to a baby scream all night. Very uncomfortable beds and the bathroom was dirty and sticky. Very disappointed

this is an old hotel, thathas been updated. It is the largest hotel/convention center in MT, so I've stayed here numerous times for conferences. Not the fanciest, but clean. they do need to update the pillows/linens.

That's the last question I ever think to ask when booking a hotel, but in the future I will remember to do that. My car as well as 3 other guests' cars were broken into during my stay this past weekend. When I contacted the police department, I was told it has been happening "a lot" recently. The hair dryer in our room did not work, and their appeared to be blood on the bathroom sink border. The room was comfortable enough, the AC kept the temperature at a steady level. The remote control for the TV was very sporadic in operation, possibly a battery problem but frustrating none the less. I have been traveling to Billings for the past six years and have stayed at this hotel over a dozen times. Clean, friendly and convenient location. The restaurant could use some improvement, but there are many places close by. A little noisy at times, but overall a good place to stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was ok but bed was hard as was the pillow. The water slides were fun, but you had to pay extra to use them. The next room's shower woke me up in the morning. We've stayed here before and would stay again if our usual hotel (with the most amazing continental breakfast) is not available.

Room was adiquate. Paid extra for a two room suite, however, the wall between the two rooms did not extend up to the top of the ceiling which prevented viewing the two TV's at the same time as the sound bounced back and forth between the two rooms making dual viewing impossible. The room was OK but the waterslide area was dirty and the slide itself had a film over it that you could wipe off with your hand. Desk had no control as we asked them to call our neighbors who were loud until 3 am. did not get much sleep. We were scheduled for 2 nights and left after the 1st night.

We had two rooms booked and one of them had a broken AC unit, alarm clock and remote. When asked for maintenance, only the AC was repaired. I travel a lot and spend a lot of time in hotels. I would never stay here again! It needs major up dating through out the hotel. The whole hotel was dirty and had a terrible oder. Our room was so dirty I wanted to leave but, due to the fair, we couldn't find any other accommodations. Dirty rooms, stuff on the carpet. Visible dirt on the bathroom light switch that I didn't want to touch until I cleaned it up with a washrag. Our stay at the hotel was good and the hotel staff were very helpful. They have some strange policies though regarding pets. They ask that if you leave the room, you put your pet in a kennel or in the car. We found this very strange for a pet "friendly" hotel. Otherwise everything else was fine.
