The employees were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and not cramped with the proper amenities. The only thing was that we were near a highway and you could hear some of the traffic noise..

Queen bed pushed up against wall making it hard to get in and out. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. No in-room movies. No tea available. Would not go back.

Upon arriving, we toted our sleepy children to our "non-smoking" room to which they awoke because of the smoke odor. Obviously someone had smoked HEAVILY in the room. I requested another room, which also had an odor of burnt spaghetti sauce. As we settled in, I pulled back the sheets for the kids to notice dark stains (blood? iced tea?) around the box […] spring. There were sticky beverage rings on the end table from a previous guest, and a long black hair in the refrigerator. I would not stay here again. We travel for business a lot and stay at Extended Stays most of those trips. This one is nasty. the bathroom grout was black. you couldn't use the staircase as they had wreaking garbage cans that smelled the stairway up. The beds are so hard they hurt your back. mattress wasn't very good, but husband liked the roominess. They should invest in ice machines. All rooms have ice makers, but they are not full when you check in so it takes time to make decent ice. They should invest in ice makers for just overnight stays.

The place was just a let down after a busy day of traveling. If one more hotel lists they have a workout facility, and its 3 old rusted klanky machines, Im gonna lose it (Tread mill of course was broken). They charge for internet which at that level of hotel should be free. The continental service was far from holiday inn express standards (Just saying […] that is basic to start with, and they didnt come close) If I really wanted to get picky, their was a storm that night and half the channels were out...Cause they use satellite TV. We stayed here enroute to home from Maine. We had never stayed in an Extended Stay before - the ice machine in the room was nice and the spaciousness was very comfortable. Hotel staff was were very pleasant and helpful about the area.

I was impressed, most Extended Stays are on the dated side and look worn, but this one seemed fairly new, clean, and comfortable. Room: Spacious, kitchenette (stove top, full size frig, cabinets, silverware, cooking pots, microwave, etc). The bed was comfortable with extra linens and pillows in the closet. Parking: fair and safe. Not a good location […] if you need to park an RV, box truck, truck and trailer. Car parking is safe. The hotel staff was wonderful and very accommodating. I took my dog and the staff fell in love with her, giving her treats and the attention she loves. It was 10 mins away from the restaurants and the casino in the opposite direction. The only problem was it sits on top of a hill and is very isolated from the road and other hotels.
