Staff is friendly and helpful. the distant of the hotel to the train is very short 6 mins to the Munich city. the location of the hotel is quiet and within a small shopping center so you can access to the food market, some restaurant. Pizza and subway are nearby.

The hotel was great, very clean, very helpful staff, and their restaurant was also very good. Even though it isn't exactly in Munich, walking to the s-bahn and reaching marienplatz took about 20 minutes. We especially recommend it for people with cars, because of the free parking.

I would not recommend this hotel. When we checked in the person at the front desk spoke english well which was great. But she did not inform us of where our rooms were located(in the building across the street instead of the main hotel) if there was internet available. Where breakfast was servered or which time. Neither about parking. We needed to ask […] about everything. We checked in at 8:00pm and when we got to our room there were empty beer bottles on the counter and in a cupboard. As it wa late we thought we'd live with this. Then in the morning when we should shower there was hair (not ours) in the bathtub and on the walls of the shower. The floors(carpet) were very worn(or dirty) and had holes worn into them in various spots. The door to one of our 2 rooms would only open when slightly kicking it open. Needless to say this was not a 4 star hotel as stated(i would say more like 2-2&1/2 stars. When we checked out the girl at reception was friendly and saud she would inform management of the problems but did not offer to make up for the dirty room. I would not recommend this hotel. Stayed at the Rater Park Hotel while visiting Munich and the Octoberfest. Extremely convenient location in a lovely neighbourhood. A short walk to the SBahn means that access to and from the airport and Munich is very easy. Staff where extremely helpful and able to communicate well in English. Would stay there again any time.

Cheapest place I could find during Oktoberfest and only 20 minutes by S bahn from the centre. It was nice, clean and good service. Pros: Free use of sauna and wellness area. Quiet location Cons: Cleaning staff trying to enter the room at 8:30 (checkout isnt til 12). Wifi and breakfast costs extra

Stayed here with friends for oktoberfest, ideal for what we wanted 20mins out of munich clean and friendly. However if you're in a room at the front of the hotel expect alot of noise from traffic and people walking by, pity as rooms are clean pretty big and bathrooms looked newly renovated. Did'nt have breakfast at 14euro each, looked pretty standard […] not bad not special, instead went across road to bakery and both of us had breakfast for around 11euro. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe, walking through from train station(5 mins) was loverly and relaxing after hectic day at fest. Although my hotel room was clean and comfortable, I would not stay at this hotel again because of its poor location. It's about a 10 minute walk to the train station (Heimstetten stop). I stayed 3 nights on Raeter Park Hotel during Champions League Final 2012. The hotel is walking distance to train station, which takes only 20 min to get to Munich. Room was very clean, although small. Friendly staff and quiet neighbourhood. Negative point: no breakfast included. For the price paid I think it should be included.

Room and bed a bit small, internet is extra, old-ish TV. Clean room and bathroom, everything working well, friendly staff. Very quiet. Convenient shuttle to Munchen Messe. I needed to be in Munich during Oktoberfest when the rates for the city's hotels shoot up, so chose the Raeter Park as an affordable option for a two night stay. It's a 10 minute walk from the S-Bahn station and there are trains every 20 mins to the centre of town, a ride of 20 mins or so. The hotel is located in a pleasant enough suburban area and […] surrounded by a pedestrianised shopping centre. The staff are professional, efficient and helpful, with good English, and the quality of food in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was reliably good. The standard rooms are surprisingly small but quiet and reasonably clean. The main drawback is that they are not comfortably furnished. One small hard chair, and just one pillow (and a solid headboard) made it a difficult space to do anything other than go to be and sleep in: which is fine if that's all you need. It's always a good idea to avoid hotel minibars, but if you are tempted by the one in your room in the Raeter Park, steer clear of the red wine! Read more

Die Zimmer in der Dependance entsprechen höchstens einem 2* Standard. Dies ist völlig inakzeptabel, wenn man 4* gebucht und gezahlt hat. Man wird von einem muffigen Geruch vom geschätzt mind. 20 Jahre alten Zimmer empfangen. Der Teppich ist ohne Schuhe nicht zu betreten. Die Zimmer dort sind offensichtlich schon lange nicht vermietet worden, das zeigt […] sich am rostig - braunen Wasser, welches die ersten Minuten aus der Dusche kam. Im Duschvorhang haben sich die hoffentlich wenigen Gäste verewigt. Haare und andere undefinierbare Feststoffe, die aus dem Handtuch fielen, rundeten das Duscherlebnis eindrucksvoll ab. Alles in allem haben wir so etwas noch nicht erlebt und können nur jedem abrate,n ein Zimmer in der Dependance zu buchen, das Haupthaus können wir nicht beurteilen. Read more

Morgenmaden burde være includeret i prisen. Den var generelt for dyr. Heldigvis ligger der en bager på den anden side af gaden. Men ellers fik vi en god og venlig betjening samt gratis p kælder. Hvis man ikke har noget imod bløde senge og at købe morgenmad hos bageren, kan jeg godt anbefale hotellet.
