The facilities are ok but are beginning to show age and need attention but the staff is really bad. Seems like a lack of management. You really feel like they thionk they are doing you a favor to just assist you. The food choices and quality in the oneand only restraunt is bad.

The overall impression from our stay was very good. The bure are clean even though a bit old and outdated and the bathrooms are really tiny, according to the pictures we have expected a much bigger and newer space. However as the majority of the day was spent outdoors it didn't bother us that much. The big drawback however is the food, especially the […] breakfast buffet is really rudimentary for the price and the very narrow option of fruit (and of not good quality) and zero offer of vegetables. We went to Treasure island as we've heard alot about the Kids Club. We had our expectations severely exceeded. They could not do enough for our 6 Kids and nothing was ever a problem. My Wife read 3 books while we were there and had a complete rest. We Loved the Staff and they looked after us. It could do with a bit of an upgrade, but we didn't go there […] expecting 5 Star Style,but its location, ease and friendliness make up for any shortcomings. Stayed at Treasure Island for 6 nights with a group of 6 in our family ranging in age from 18 to 56 years. It took a couple of days to relax and unwind, and to become accustomed to the Fijian style of service, which can be slow at times. However, this from the 2nd day onward we enjoyed every single minute of our stay, and we only wished we could stay […] longer. The staff were nothing short of phenomenal and, when it came time to leave, many tears were shed. Snorkelling straight off the beach and the numerous watersports available, also a plus. Food and beverage was fine for us however is not likely to impress the gourmet traveller as it is a basic menu. This did not bother us in the slightest as we were satisfied with what was on offer. Upon our return to Sydney, we immediately check flights and availability as we hope to return in a couple of months, this time for a 10 night stay. The staff really make the experience at Treasure Island so great! The staff are so friendly. The facilities are all well-kept. Food is quite expensive but I guess that could have something to do with the fact all ingredients have to come via boat to the island. There's plenty of beach space on the island so it never seems too busy. There are plenty […] of deck chairs on the beach and around the pool and heaps of hammocks to laze around in too. They have a great daily program of activities to get involved in - including hat making, cocktail mixing classes, coconut tree climbing and coconut eating/drinking, free fish feeding trips, guided snorkelling etc. They have a dive shop that you can hire all watersports equipment from - jet ski's, parasailing, kayaks, paddleboards etc. All cost around the same as in Australia. Great holiday and the kids club made it for us! The staff were friendly and helpful, the beach sheltered and good for snorkelling - you can take an optional 1hr snorkelling trip, but the local beach, coral and fish are just as good. We arrived at Treasure Island (TI) and quickly realized it was not what we wanted or expected. We were looking for a romantic spot with a great beach for swimming that wasn't too expensive as we were at the end of a 6-month adventure. We were also a last minute booking (2 weeks before) as our travel dates were constantly changing. A travel agent who […] had been to TI before thought it would be perfect. After a half a day and one meal on the island, we made the decision to leave, although we had booked a 5 night stay. We knew the island only had a 3.5 star rating, but many of the aspects of the resort are at the 2.5 star rating. In general, we felt like this was a tired resort which fell below the standard of other resorts in the same 3.5 star category. We would not recommend this place to anyone. If you are going to pay for a 3.5 star resort, then go to another one that lives up to the rating. We did talk to the manager who returned to the island the day we left. Apparently it has recently fallen under new management so hopefully things will improve! STAFF: TI staff did not live up to the reputation of the friendly Fijian people. We were greeted by one of the Island landowners who had a very difficult time putting any effort into a friendly greeting. When we politely told staff we were planning on leaving the resort, reception staff made no effort to see if they could do anything to improve our stay or offer suggestions to rearrange our trip. Due to bookings, we left on day three of our stay - we were treated rudely each time we approached reception. Two days into our stay, we were finally asked if there was anything that could be done to improve our stay. DRINKING WATER - There is a "crack" in the fresh water pipe bringing water from the mainland to the island meaning the water had a salty taste. Staff could not agree whether it was safe to drink or not. Tea/coffee both had a salty taste as result. Bottled water was available, at a cost though. We discussed this w Read more

The food is absolutely terrible. It's not eatible at all, just disgusting! There would usually be a buffet of some sort or a menu to choose from, however whenever we wanted to order off the menu we were told they couldn't do what we wanted so we were stuck with the buffet. We were there for 3 nights and on the 2nd last day we picked at the lunch buffet […] and then didn't eat again till we got off the island the next day at lunch time - that's how bad it is! The staff are also very much over it. To us it felt like they had the attitude of "well you're here and can't get off the island, so you can wait till i'm ready to help you". There is a mini golf course spread out over the island, which is for free - one positive, however when we went to reception to pick up the golf balls & the clubs, they neglected to tell us that there is no longer hole 8 - would have been great to know as we spent ages searching for it! Treasure island resort 或許是較早開發, 硬體設師稍嫌老舊感, 跟上次的mana和warwick相比, 家人有點失落感, 不過, 我是在Hotels.com買的優惠價, 五夜付三夜費用, 這好多了, 如果是原價, 失落會更大..... 第一次來Fiji的不推薦這個島, 跟mana島相比, 是個非常小的小島, […] 沙灘小, 海岸有很多沖上岸的海菜, 感覺髒髒的 .... 浮潛蠻好的, House reef 很大, 可以看到很多種不同的魚, .... 餐廳每晚都有Live band, 氣氛不錯, 但因為是小島只有一個餐廳, 出菜很慢, 小孩等到受不了一直吵鬧.... 但這一切仍不影響我們在Fiji的渡假情趣, ...強烈推薦到Fiji享受蔚藍天空與大海, 還有友善樂天的斐濟人 .... 但, 選擇resort時, 可以有更好的其他選擇. 大島與小島有不同的樂趣, 但這個島不推薦給第一次到Fiji外島旅遊的人, 至少我們經驗中 Mana島可能是更好的選擇 ....(考慮價格跟品質的比例...) 2 sono le camere + vicine al mare e fortunatamente eravamo su una di queste. Le camere venivano pulite ogni giorno,ma alla loro maniera,(sporche). Il materasso era sfondato ma per il resto tutto ok. La spiaggia e tutto il resto del villaggio era tenuto molto male,foglie ovunque,pietre in spiaggia, alghe,resti portati dal mare. Ma la cosa + scandalosa […] erano i sacchetti bianchi contenenti le alghe che venivano raccolte ma non venivano spostati perchè pronti per essere usati il giorno dopo,quindi sempre presenti nelle varie foto che abbiamo fatto,siamo alle fiji? Il mare abbastanza bello pensavamo molto meglio la barriera era vicinissima e dovevi aspettare l'alta marea per poter fare una nuotata. Il mangiare era molto buono,un po lenti ma va bene.
