The reception staff is confusing what is booked by Expedia until I showed every print-out, then gave us the free parking card and breakfast tickets. The hotel is cleaned once in a week ONLY and cannot change tower until I asked.

Well set out room, with all the amenities you could need. Full size coffee mugs too! Car park is a tight squeeze and costs extra. Location is good for driving to Parramatta and Olympic Park. Bus station near by.

We found their wireless internet to be very spotty. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely helpful whenever we needed them, and it was extremely convenient to have a stovetop, washer and dryer, and microwave at our disposal.

There was only one hick up they did'nt tell us which floor our room was on and we had to ask for a key to the car park so that we could come and go at our leisure. Room service food was appalling. The pasta undercooked and I was unable to finish it. I also had problems with gaining access to all TV channels available. I was told someone would come and assist and no-one came. Free to air channel availability was poor considering the hotel's location.

I was not Happy at all . We were not advised that the Buffet Breakfast close at 9am . When we rushed for breakfast it was cold and dry . The chairs and carpet was so dirty and full of stains . These are not apartments. They are hotel rooms with a (poor) kitchenette stuck in, and a poor quality washer-drier stuck in the bathroom. Windows are single glazed, and a huge highway James Ruse Drive is outside. Heavily sprung doors slam loudly all night. Noisy trucks struggle up the hill outside every few minutes. Credit to the (albeit abrupt) staff […] for giving me a high floor, but that was were it ended. WiFi is a ridiculous price, lucky I brought my USB data modem. 'Kitchen Sink' ? Everything was great except the combined washing machine/dryer. We had a heap of washing to do so set it to go overnight. When we awoke in the morning, the clothes had not been dried. We read the instructions on how to dry, so set it going for the 2 hours before we had to check out. Very pleasant. Although the cost is reasonable Internet ought to be free. Wifi did not work. Why is it that small, cheap motels in country towns can offer excelllent Wifi and at no cost. It should be no cost, as all they need is decent modem set-ups. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Room was very well equipped and was comfortable. The washing machine was a real bonus as we were travelling. The room originally allocated to us was too noisy, but we were moved to a quieter location. Downsides were charging for wi-fi (very bad policy) and parking.

Excellent 1 bedroom apartment, well appointed, very spacious. Avoid undgerground parking , costs $10/night and very difficultto manoevre with tight corners.Plenty of street parking both sides of Prospect st and side streets. Woolworths 500m away -very handy on Hope st. Avoid using the washer/drier in bathroom - very complicated and does not complete […] cycle. Very clean, comfortable and fully equiped. Dissappointed that the restaurant was closed but the concierge, Jason, recommended the a fab italian restaurant, Cintiri, an easy drive away. Only issue was the parking building has a very narrow and I'm glad we didnt have a bigger car. Very convenient to homebush. The '4' was due to the renovations

Es un Apart Hotel con todas las comodidades para un lugar de este tipo. Limpio, habitaciones cómodas, seguro, agradable, buen trato personal; pero distante de Sydney por lo que el traslado en Taxi es de un costo bastante alto. Si sus actividades son en Parramatta este lugar es una muy buena elección.

4인 가족이 머물렀습니다. 퀸 베드 하나에 소파 베드라고 객실 정보가 있었습니다. 물론 퀸 베드가 아닌 싱글 두개 붙인 베드와 소파 베드가 있더군요.근데 소파베드를 펴니 짐을 놓을 공간조차 부족할 정도로 방이 작습니다. 그리고 소파 베드는 이용하기에는 허리가 아플 정도로 낡아서 아이들이 고생했습니다. 그리고 방 청소를 일주일 내내 한번도 안해주더군요. 물어 보니 안해주는 거라 하더군요. 객실 정보에 그런 내용은 못 봤는데... 수건만 몇개 더 받아 썼습니다. 객실 내에 주방 시설과 세탁, 건조가 되는 세탁기가 있다는 점은 만족스러웠습니다. 근데 냉난방 시설이 작동을 안해서 방을 바꿔야 했습니다. 바꿔도 그닥 나아지진 않았습니다. […] 아침 중국 단체가 몰려 와서 식시하는데 어려움도 있고..아무튼 가족 단위로 오는 분께는 비추입니다.
