Everyone was very nice and when our air went out at 3 am they sent someone right up to our room and fixed it.

The beds were awesome. The staff at check in were very friendly. It was close to all the places we went to. My kids loved the pool and hot tube. My family and I will stay there everytime from now one.

The Georgia Tech Hotel is in a great area of Midtown and is walking distance from some of the bars and spots of Midtown along with the school. I was disappointed that the hotel did not stand by the $18 all access parking that they stated in the website. The front desk just gave me blank looks when I spoke of parking. I was charged $10 each time I left […] the parking lot. I believe I spend $50 just in parking alone over a three day period. In addition, I was extremely upset when I request for a refrigerator and was charged $10 a day without being told. The hotel will nickle and dime you without you knowing it. Read more

My brother and I visited this hotel for a conference/seminar which was being held at Georgia Tech. We were very pleased that we didn't even have to go outside and cross the street to visit the conference as we just crossed a sort of sidewalk to get to our conference. Additionally, the service in the hotel was above average and very pleasant. The MARTA […] is within walking distance as are plenty of restaurants and shops. After our conference, we found time to attend an Atlanta Braves whose stadium which wasn't hard to get to from the hotel through MARTA. Clean, comfortable room and helpful staff. Location is good as long as you stay North. Walking distance to good restaurants. Nice weekend evenings had a lot of foot traffic so it felt safe. South towards the expressway is not the best location but as with every big city there are homeless, etc.

The best part of this hotel is its location. It is not a luxury hotel (water pressure was dismal), but it does meet basic needs quite well. The people I dealt with in person were very nice and helpful. When I got home I called with a question on my bill and no one was ever in the billing office when they finally called me back the woman was rude. Thought I would stay there again bit I am now rethinking it.

This hotel is in a great location for visiting the campus of Georgia Tech. The campus is within walking distance or you can take the free trolley which stops across the street. There are also many restaurants & shops within walking distance of this hotel.

Nice hotel and it was full - but do you really shut down the pool AND room service at 10pm on weekends? The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and as a GT fan I was thrilled to be there. But having a room full of hungry cheerleaders and parents just getting in from competition downtown only to find out the kitchen was closed, the pool was closed and there […] was no other option was very disappointing. It's downtown Atlanta!! Staff was incredibly nice and made provisions for us otherwise on food, but just an FYI you may want to look at your occupancy before you shut down the kitchen on weekends! This hotel is in a great new section of town. There are several restaurants right around the corner, a bookstore across the street and even a grocery store three blocks away. Took the family to see the Yellow Jackets play. great location.....never got in the car except to leave. hotel was nice and the room was clean. only complaint is that rooms do not "shield" any noise. you could hear everything in the hallways....had to turn radio on in room to help drown out the noise. needles to say we didn't sleep well.

We didn't take advantage of any of the amenities (fitness room, bar, etc) so we can't speak to those, but check in has always been easy, rooms always clean, beds always comfy.
