This place was fine. Firstly, when you drive along the only road to get to this place, there is a barrier/gate type thing. You need a code to get thru. I pushed the button and they told me to contact the hotel to get it??? Hotels.com didn't mention this in a confirmation email??? Anyway, we called the hotel and got it. Hotel is in the Main Street, parking across the road in an open parking area. Reception staff spoke English ok. Room was quite large, wifi only worked the closer you got to the door. Shower was fine, bed fine, - only problem was the door downstairs. It was soooo loud it just kept banging as guests left. Sounded like gunshots. The abbey is about 2km down the road. Perfect location. Bus stops out the front of hotel. Recommended .

This hotel was super quaint and had everything that my wife and I needed. Clean, comfortable beds along with clean bathroom and toiler room. It was more than you would expect from such a small hotel in an even smaller town like Pontorson. The location was excellent and less than 10 minutes from parking lots of Mont Saint Michel. The ONLY complaint that my wife and I had was that there were NO screens on the terrace doors or the bathroom window. This was a bit of a pain because we had no air circulation at night while we were sleeping, and couldnt really open the windows because of the immense amount of flys, mosquitos, spiders etc etc... Either way, we would stay again- but please invest in some screens.

Convenient quiet little hotel, easy access to tourist attractions. few good restaurants close by. Hotel does not have A/C in the rooms which could be a problem in warmer months. Also there is a small fee for parking and the front desk is not manned after 10PM. The hotel gives you an access code to enter after hours. We would stay again.

My wife and I wanted a hotel for 2 nights close to Cherbourg, the D-Day beaches and Mont St Michel on our way back to England after staying with relatives in central France. The Hotel Altos was ideal - there was free on-street parking and the hotel was within easy walking distance of the attractive town centre of Avranches. The staff were very friendly […] and helpful and we had a clean, modern room on the 3rd floor at the back, overlooking houses and gardens. The room had a 'Juliet' balcony with a waist-high railing which would have concerned me a little if we had young children. The bed was very comfortable, the TV was modern but with only 5 French channels and the shower was hot and powerful. Sadly there were no facilities for making tea or coffee but the wi-fi worked well. There is an adjoining restaurant next door which we did not use. Slight criticisms were that we were near the lift which we heard at night, and the separate toilet area was tiny. Our rate included a continental breakfast which was healthy and had a good variety of choices. It was a bit like staying in a Holiday Inn Express - fairly basic but modern, friendly, clean and perfectly adequate for my wife and I who spent most of the day out sightseeing. Les chambres côté rue ne permettent pas d'ouvrir la fenêtre ce qui représente un manque de confort important pour notre part. Nous avons signalé également dès notre arrivée un problème de téléviseur qui devait être réglé rapidement mais malheureusement rien.

Très bonne impression globale de l'établissement avec une literie excellente et une chambre accueillante et très agréable. Parfait. Mais 12 € le PDJ c'est trop cher au regard du peu de choix et de la faible qualité des produits (baguette industrielle...) dommage, sinon le reste était très bien.

Inter-hotel renove avec gout. Accueil tres sympa et tres professionnel. Les chambres ont ete refaite entierement avec gout. C'est tres agreable. Elles sont egalement bien isolees, malgres la rue passante. Ne vous fiez pas a l'aspect exterieur qui fait un peu vieille hotel en mal de modernisation, une fois passe la porte d'entree vous changerez d'avis. Très bon accueil ! Rénovées recemment, les chambres sont spacieuses avec une déco sympa ! La salle de bain avec douche est très petite mais propre et fonctionelle. Ptit déj. parfait. A 10 minutes du site du Mont Saint Michel. Seul bémol: parking situé à l'arrière de l'hôtel payant (5 euros).

The hotel is friendly and clean. The hotel is situated in a boring area.The rooms are small especially toilet and bath. There is only french channals on TV and the adjoinning restaurant have "solid" food but it is not very good.

Un personnel sympathique et jeune, une décoration moderne: nous avons vraiment aprécié notre séjour. La chambre était agréable meme si la salle de bain n'était pas très grande et la vue quelconque. Bonne situation a 1,5km du centre environ. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux mais unpeu cher (8euros/pers). Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel.

Parfait pour le prix ,l'accueil, le confort, le parking Pour la situation ce n'est pas dans le centre de Granville mais nous avons préféré car de toute façon logés coté jardin ce fut le silence absolu. à 800 mêtres de l'hotel il est facile de se garer gratuitement aux abord du centre ville.

フロントは、英語は通じましたが、英語が苦手のようで返答は、フランス語と英語がまざり若干判りつらかった。しかし、非常にフレンドリーで対応は良かった。部屋は、改装中のようで、部屋番号が床にあり判りつらかった。ドライヤーがあるはずでしたが、こちらも改装中で有りませんでした。部屋からの景色は綺麗でした、周りも静かで非常に快適でした。市街地より離れているので、食事に行くのが面倒です。モンサンミッチェルに行くには便利な場所です。朝食は、８時と遅いですが、パンが美味しかったです。相対的には悪くありませんでした。
