The front desk day staff was helpful and friendly. The evening staff was friendly but couldn't answer the simplest of questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool had some maintenance issues, one day there was a flood light floating in the water, that was odd. The breakfast person was not prepared for the amount of people that arrived for […] breakfast, even though I found out the day i arrived that there was going to be a wedding party staying there. When I arrived at 8:45 there was actually no food available in the dining area. It was very poor planning on their part. They need to let the food person know what is going on at the hotel so they could be prepared. They should have had a 2nd food person working that morning. The cost of this hotel is high for the area. I could stay for less of a cost in Buffalo. All in all the stay was good I would stay here again. Read more

Very nice hotel! Friendly and very helpful staff. At first I thought it was a little pricey but after seeing our room it was worth it! We had the King whirlpool suite which even had a fireplace. Very clean. Fitness center was really nice. Very good breakfast. A lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We only had 2 very small complaints. […] We had to put a little effort into getting clean towels to our room, and the hot tub by the pool was only slightly warm (i was shivering). Since we had the whirlpool tub in our room it really wasn't a big deal. Overall we absolutely loved our stay. It was a nice and relaxing romantic getaway. Tons of Choices, fruit, eggs, meats, cereals, and three varieties of fresh coffee, with the "bold" selection actually smooth and strong, not weak and cardboardy. We were visiting family in the Southtowns area and this pretty new hotel popped up on Expedia. East Aurora proved to be a pleasant community--it's got restaurants and shops right on its Main Street, from which the hotel is about 200 yards away, and this hotel is very close to route 400, a freeway that shoots right into Buffalo. We went from the hotel […] to Niagara Falls in about 30 minutes. The hotel is a standard Hampton Inn (which looks like a standard Holiday Inn Express, which looks like....) except it has an inground pool and the lobby is more attractive. Well East Aurora in the summertime is a must see! It is a throw back to the old times with a five and dime!. The Hampton Inn is conveniently located right behind Main Street. The staff was really friendly and the bed was super comfortable. Some of the breakfast was good, like making your own waffles and the boiled eggs. Stay away from the fake sausages […] and eggs. Staying at the hotel was what my wife and I needed. Its close enough to go shopping but far enough away to feel like a weekend getaway. We have stayed there three time now over several years when visiting family in the area. The hotel is undergoing an update of decor and improvement to the breakfast area that will make it easier to move round and increase the table and seating. At a few peak times you move round other guests and sit at the comfy settees in the reception area. Decaf, […] regular and robust coffee available free 24 hours in reception and the pool and fitness are some of the facilities that we go back for. The hotel is a block from the main street through the pretty town of East Aurora with many restaurants and diners along the leafy road. We stayed in a king whirlpool suite for 2 nights for our anniversary. The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel was really nice. It was very quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to everything in town, which was great. We left the truck at the hotel and walked everywhere!
