After a six hr drive I came to spend two nights at this hotel. Found it clean and comfortable. I wish the Jacuzzi worked the pool area was warm and the water was warm for the kids. I loved that the hotel had a complementary breakfast and I liked that they had juices throughout the day for the kids and that the lobby had a microwave. The girl in the front desk was extremely nice and very welcoming. Room was clean everything worked. I found my WiFi working fine. No complaints.

We arrived about 9:30 and our room was clean, large and comfortable. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. Very convenient and a great value. The shower made some pretty scary noises, but management was right on it the next morning.

"Just spent the night."

"Paducah hotel"

Bed was very comfortable and room size was fine. There was a slow drip coming from the bathtub which was rather annoying, although just had to shut the bathroom door when we went to bed. Alarm clock in an adjacent room was going off loudly at 5:30 A.M. It went off for a solid 30 minutes. the staff was very kind the atmosphere felt like home. Everything was perfect, the breakfast was exceptionally good. I thought the price was a bit high for that region of the USA but I would stay again as it was such a lovely experience in every way. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. We booked this room for 3 nights at a price that was unbelieveable! The staff is very friendly, the breakfast contained hot food and the room was great. I love a shower with good water pressure and never ending hot water. We did not get in the pool but I walked the room and it was in good condition. The location is central to the mall and right off […] the interstate. The casino is less than 15 minutes away, the local pubs are right down the road and there are plenty of things to do around town. Stayed at the Country Inn & Suites on Aug. 18, 2011. Hotel seemed OK (kids were disappointed about the size of the pool). Headed to our room, unpacked, and were watching TV. Then we saw the bug crawling on the pillow. Went down and told the staff. She did not seem surprised (which disappointed me more than anything) and said she needed to look at it […] to identify it because there were many things it could have been. Um, yuck. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was apparently the smoking floor at one time. Once we exited the elevator on our floor we were greeted with the stench of old, stale cigarette smoke. The room had obviously been smoked in and the A/C had been left on high cool to hide the smell. However, this did nothing for the smoke smell in the bathroom. The used […] wash cloth and soap in the shower didn't help our opinion of this hotel either. Had it not been for the strong smoke smell and the wash cloth/soap that we found, this hotel would have received much higher ratings. The first 2 floors were well maintained and smelled great! The hotel is conveniently located. The surroundings were quiet. The room was clean and had no odors. The free breakfast was not bad and it was convenient and cost effective for us. "Disappointed"
Have stayed at other Country Inn and Suites and had great experiences, not so at this one. When I arrived I was checked into a room, which was already occupied when I walked in to it. They apologized and moved me to a different room. There was a party gong on in the room above me that was so loud that not only myself but several other hotel guests complained, […] we were told that there was nothing they could do about it. I've stayed here a couple of times and I like it. It's right off the interstate, and is comfy and clean; the rooms and the pool and the breakfast and such are all decent. However, the last time I was there there and went down for breakfast, there was what I believe to be a Klansman, in his headgear ((not the full-on hood, but the other, smaller thing)), […] eating breakfast. Now, it's certainly a free country, and he certainly has the right to wear whatever the heck he wants to wear at breakfast, but, all the same, dining with a Klansman is just not a value-add for me, I'm sorry. This hotel was overall very satisfactory. Our check-in was smooth. Our room was clean. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of items. I only have one complaint about the doors in the room, both to the adjoining room and to the bathroom. Both doors were difficult to open and to latch shut. The bathroom door kept coming open by itself. Also, trays […] at teh breakfast would have been nice since I am usually sent down to get breakfast for myself and my two young children. The hotel was overall satisfactory. The only complaint we had was that they did not ask for my confirmation nor my ID at check-in and that they also didn't clean our room. We left around 9am and came back to change then left again until around 3pm and in that time they didn't clean our room and we had to call to request more towels.
