I am a senior woman with a small dog and I couldn't have asked for a better arrangement! I loved staying here. The only negative was the dusty coffee pot and ice holder. A wet paper towel did the trick and we were ready to go. They charged me a low pet fee but only one time so I have no complaint with that. The staff was super and answered all my questions […] without me feeling like an idiot for asking since I was from another state. We were surprised by how nice the room was. It had everything we needed and was well kept. it is very convenient to the Allen Co, Fairgrounds and other parts of Lima. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to any one needing a low cost room in the area.

this was the best motel that I stayed in this trip...they had a hot complimentary breakfast and the bed was so comfortable...it is an older motel but updated...the room was extra large.

I had no heat in my room and it got cold that night. The toilet keep on running, the blanket had hole in them, pillow was to soft. Had a coffee maker in the room but no coffee pot. It is hard to make coffee in the moring, Towel was stain all oven them , I think towl was white. So I would not stay there any more. Immy

I think the main reason I marked down the hotel in cleanliness and maintenance was because it seems like it is in need of a big renovation. My room was VERY clean and seemed like it had newer furniture and fixtures in it, but there was a lot of older, falling-apart cracks in the walls and such that a coat of paint couldn't solve. The door to the room […] seemed ancient. That said, it was a very good bargain and very comfortable (except for the very itchy blanket on the bed). I got this hotel last minute for a business trip for pretty cheap. For the price I paid the room was fine. The staff was very friendly on arrival and check out. The rooms could use some extra cleaning, but overall not too bad for only having to stay one night. The people were friendly, the room was pretty clean. The bedspread had a cigarette burn in it and the air conditioner was really loud. The bathtub was clean. I would stay here again. The price was good. The breakfast was not so hot....weak coffee.

This was a nice hotel with the basic ammenaties. There is no pool if you need one for family enjoyment, but the room and hotel were clean and neat, The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will likely stay there again.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were nicer and had more amenities than expected and the staff was great. The breakfast in the morning also exceeded my expectations with the waffles, biscuits/gravy, etc.- not extensive buffet type of breakfast but nice. Will definately stay here again when back in town. It was a great value for money.

Location extremely convenient. Hotel staff very friendly. We only needed a room to sleep for the night; didn't do anything in the surrounding area and didn't need any fancy amenities. Clean, and yes a little old but I wasn't worried. Great deal for the cheap rate.

The personal were very polite, friendly, and willing to assist, The room was adequate size for one person, happy to see a small refrigerator and microwave oven in the room along with the coffee pot, and iron with ironing board. The bed was very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks.
