It was a great affordable place to stay after travel with free shuttle and complementary breakfast. The lady at Hotels.com told me a shuttle would be waiting for me at midnight but the hotels shuttles only run til 9:30 so I had to take a cab. Other than that it was well worth the $.

We stayedin this hotel overnight before catching an early flight. Room was comfortable, and secure underground parking left us feeling....well, secure! This is not the Ritz, but it is convenient to the airport and there were some restaurants within an easy walk.

It is a shame that this hotel failed us on the sole reason we booked it - a complimentary shuttle to Vancouver Airport, because we had no complaints about the hotel in general - the rooms were clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom etc was fine. However, in my experience, the only reason one stays at an Airport Hotel is because one […] needs early, or late access to the Airport. Quality Hotel don't tell prospective customers on their website that the shuttle service does not start till 6.30am, which is way too late for early flights with 2-3 hour checkin requirements. We had to take a taxi which cost $16 CAD - tip extra, so add this to the tariff when considering your hotel. Also be aware that the included breakfast service does not start until 7am. The hotel could have sorted out the problem easily by offering us a taxi voucher, but neither the evening, nor morning desk clerks had authority to do so and were not prepared to wake their Duty Manager to authorise. The amount of money I spent on the hotel, I did not expect anything. I just needed to sleep one night. Much to my surprise, the hotel room and the bathroom were extremely clean and the king sized bed was surprisingly comfort. Free shuttle service from the airport was OK, but free continental breakfast was real good....

Second stay here in past month and was pleased both times. Good value and helpful staff. My corner room this time had an awkward layout but clean and functional. Access to beautiful Minuro Park was an unexpected bonus.

The location to hospital was excellent and it meant I could easily walk there and not have to pay for hospital parking. The hotel staff were very good and accomodating. Only basic ammenities in the hotel but good value and I will probably stay there again.

We were very happy with the location and the continential breakfast. However, we were upset to arrive at the hotel to find the heat to our room had been off. We set the thermostat at 70 and it took nearly 2 hours for the room to reach that temperature...

The hotel was not overly clean. It's location is fairly noisy depending on which side of the hotel you are on. The link from Expedia does not show that the airport shuttle bus does not run after 9 PM so that you have to take a taxi from the airport.

Very clean and in good condition. Free shuttle to the airport is also available. Very kind driver. The hotel is right next to Minoru Park and so it's very convenient to take a walk in the park in the morning. I am quite satisfied with the stay.

The same breakfast everyday. far away from downtown. got to walk 10 minuts everyday to reach frontwater train everyday and sometimes more than twice. no coin laundry service in that area. We were told that there were 2 double beds in the room but when we got there the room was very small and only had one double bed. We sleep in a queen size bed at home and we did not sleep very well in the small bed. The staff was very good and we liked the breakfast. The finishes were all top notch and well designed.

The Hotel it is very nice and very close to the aiport, it has free airport shuttle but just work from 6:30am to 9pm, we arrive at 1:30am so we have to pay a cab 17 canadian dollars, the breakfast it is very good and it is incluided.I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice for the price. Free airport shuttle was great, on time and a nice easy short ride over to the terminal. They picked us up equally fast when we landed. Nice free breakfast as well. The staff in the hotel went above and beyond. Great people running this place and working here. Would stay here again if I was in Vancouver.

For a last minute stay on short notice after having our flight cancelled this hotel was just fine. They paid for our cab ride there from the airport and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great and mostly helpful. Good place if you are in a pinch for a place to stay.
