The water slide and pool was great and my son had a blast.Maintanance was to be improved.Got locked out of our room by faulty lock.The bed matress was worn out and saggy.No fridge in rooms.

For the price I expected more. My only gripe is the room lack certain amenities other hotels offer already. A fridge and a microwave would have been nice and the size of the room was very small. I have paid that much for much better. The pool was great had a slide it was a blast .

Hotel staff were all very friendly. Hotel met our needs as a transition to our new home we purchased in Pueblo. It was our home as we just flew in from Germany for a few days. Safe location and worth the price per night.

We've stayed in several hotels in Colorado Springs and this one was one of the more enjoyable stops. The rooms were clean, the staff was welcoming and organized. The breakfast left a little something to be desired, it was minimal but we can't complain.

Everything was excellent. Easy check-in, location convenient to many great restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean and fresh looking. A couple things that might be considered "negatives": The TV sets are the old tube-types. Not a big deal to me, but just FYI. Also, (not sure if this is true of all rooms) there was no tub in the room, just […] a generously sized shower, and the sink area (outside of the toilet/shower area) had small counter space. Overall it was a nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay. The child loved the swim area and slide. He swam for 5 hrs. The beds were a little small and a little soft for my liking but was a nice place.

Room was cheap, was clean but no bathtub just a shower and the pillows were half the size of normal king size bed pillows. They put 6 small pillows to make up for the normal size pillows.

Over all, very comfortable. The breakfast needs a little more variety from day to day. My suggestion would be oatmeal, danish, or a different cereal. Strange noise in bedroom coming from wall. They were prompt to give us a different room at our choice to rectify the situation. No smell in room which is a definite A+ !

We needed a place to sleep at night, and this hotel served its purpose. The room was sufficient: clean, everything worked (beds, bathroom, TV, coffee maker). There's no fridge, hair dryer or safe, but we didn't need these things. No major problems. Slight minor problem was the room AC was too loud to leave on while trying to sleep in the bed right next […] to it. Also, in the breakfast room the line for the waffle maker was too long on the weekend (there was plenty of cold cereal, yogurt and muffins though with no wait). We didn't try using the pool or exercise room which I believe are in the hotel next door. Check in and check out were quick, friendly and hassle-free. There's a 24-hour WalMart within a short walk, which came in handy when we realized we forgot to pack some things. Read more

This hotel did not meet our expectations. It was dirty and smelled strongly of smoke in our non smoking room. It was run down. We had to pay extra for our non smoking room. It was a disappointment.no

In comparing prices for the northern Colorado Springs area, no other hotel could compare. Additionally, my room, as well as the rest of the hotel, was extremely clean and the staff were courteous and professional. No doubt this is where I'll stay the next time I'm in the area.

Fit our basic needs for the weekend while attending sporting event. Close to fast food, and other sit-down restaurants as well as close to health food grocery store! The pool ,available at the hotel next door ,was convenient and fun for the kids - awesome slide!

rooms were clean, i believe they had just remodeled since the carpets and furniture looked newer. Staff was friendly. Location was great right off from the airforce acadamy and golf course.

The room was very nice and my kids loved the fact that we could go to the sister hotel next door and use the pool and hot tub. They have an indoor pool area with a big water slide, and then you can go outside to an outdoor pool and hot tub.
