Our room smelled moldy, the bed was very old (king sized) and uncomfortable. The room was dusty and the floors were dirty. The continental breakfast was limited. Our son has asthma and this was unacceptable. they would not refund or let us cancel, the only reason we would stay there would be unless the beds were newer and if the ventilation was cleaned out, and the hotel overall was updated. However the hotel is in a perfectly located spot.

Hall way smelled of smoke, but room was fine. Comfortable bed, clean room, but refrigerator and mircowave did not work. Very nice breakfast choices.

What a great hotel for the price. It carries the Wyndham excellence. Only complaints are: 1. the pool is cold. Even in late August. 2. Not much fruit for breakfast but all the other stuff is there. 3. They don't have many flat screen TV's around the rooms or lobby.

Clean roomy rooms and helpful staff. Two negative comments, neither significant: 1) the free breakfast on the second day was cold, and they did not have iced tea at breakfast (I don't drink coffee); 2) The pool is on the east side of the building and therefore tends not to be as warm in the early/late summer.

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. The continental breakfast was very generous. There's not enough good I can say....I would return again and again...even if I had to pay more.

I was so impressed with both the service and the hotel. The hospitality and breakfast service, I would rate above all other in the area, which I have stayed in. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient to I-65. Great restaurants and shopping 5 minutes away. Clean ,comfortable, and quiet. I ll stay here again next year.

Loved it. Beautiful hotel, great location, comfy beds, would stay again. Pool was closed for the season, but hot tub was big enough (and cool enough) for little ones to swim in.

This was a very nice hotel. We only stayed one night while traveling, but were very pleased with the room, the staff and the breakfast buffet. There was only one thing that was difficult for me... I was arriving after dark and the signage for the hotel was not the best. It is behind a Shell station so not as easily seen as some of the others. However, once I arrived, I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and their ability to accomodate my needs for a crib very quickly.

Though I was there only 3 days, I was very impressed with the location and convenience of the hotel. Rooms and the lobby/breakfast area were spotless. Customer service from the staff was wonderful.

This is a decent hotel. The room was fine, the fitness center was fine, cleanliness was good, service was good. The expanded continental breakfast was really nice (make your own waffles - YUM!). The area is a shopper's dream. My daughter and I joked that Cool Springs should be called "The Land of Neverending Retail". You will find EVERY store you can think of. Retail offerings can be found around every corner. So, of course, we loved the shopping. Unfortunately, however, it's not very close to Nashville at all. If you're going to shop, by all means, stay here. If your main interest is touring Nashville, however, you might want to consider something closer - even if you have to pay a little more.

The hotel is well situated to take advantage of all that this area has to offer. It is 2 minutes from the interstate, great shopping and about 10 minutes from downtown Franklin. It is set back a bit from the road and may need a better sign but once you find it is going to be a good stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. Breakfast was included and they did a nice job keeping the hot stuff hot. The work out room had 1 treadmill and one eliptical plus a stepper. Overall a nice place just outside of Nashville and close enough to local golf sites.

We were passing through town and needed a place near Nashville to stay for the night. The Wingate hotel was very clean, well run, nice amenities, including the fitness room and complimentary breakfast. The employees were friendly, attentive and professional. Highly recommended.

This hotel was great! The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very kind and even called when we got to the room to make sure everything was okay. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that sausage, eggs, and bacon were offered! We will book with this hotel again when in the area!

I was very disappointed. My biggest complaint was that the bed & pillows were not comfortable, unless you like both to be very, very firm. I woke probably 5-6 times during the night and my back was sore in the morning (I never have back pain!) The room was fairly well maintained but had a feeling of being "dirty"--this was confirmed when I saw fingernail clippings on the floor by my bed. Yuk!!! The staff offered for me to return for free due these complaints; I declined. Even at no cost, I don't want another uncomfortable night of no sleep. If sleeping well is important to you, skip this hotel.

You can tell the hotel is well maintained...the rooms and common areas were clean. The maid service took care of us during our stay. The breakfast is typical Wingate...prepackaged sausage and eggs...bread, pastry, cereal, coffee, and a few other drinks. The only complaint I have is the sign is hard to see from the street. Thankfully, I had a GPS device!

Brentwood is in a great neighborhood, a little farther from Nashville than we anticipated but very safe, clean, good overall experience. Our only dissatisfaction was that we booked "queen" sized beds and they were not! Double or full size is what the advertizement should say. That is specifically why we chose this hotel for our four night stay. Ammenities were nice, breakfast had a great variety.

This was a last minute trip and the hotel was fine. Very nice exterior and very friendly staff. The pool was closed for the season but the indoor jacuzzi was open. Room was fine, clean but perhaps a little dated.

This was an excellent hotel! Breakfast was great (they even had eggs that didn't taste like rubber and served bacon or sausage each day). The coffee was awful, like most hotels. But there are both a Dunkin Donuts and a Starbucks within sight of the hotel. The room was great. I've never seen so many outlets in a hotel room! Normally to plug in a computer you're limited to one outlet - this had EIGHT that were easily accessible. After being in our room for only 10 minutes, the front desk had called our room to make sure that everything was satisfactory. I'd highly recommend this hotel!

We were there on a weekend and it was very quiet. The room was spacious. Wish the exhaust fan in bathroom wasn't the same switch as the light switch. Wireless internet connection was a little buggy. Breakfast bar was well-stocked and included eggs, sausage and waffles. Lots of choices, but missed not having bananas. Nice large inside hot-tub off the lobby accessed through the gym. Would definitely stay there again.

There are plenty of hotels to choose from in the Cool Springs area but we chose this one based on the rate we could get. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms, the overall look and feel of the hotel and the continental breakfast. We had a nice time and would definitely visit this hotel again.

Great place to stay - room & bed are very comfortable. Starbucks is across the street, and you're close to the village of Franklin. Interesting shops in the area around the hotel.

It was only 5 minutes away from all the shopping and restarants, very spacious and clean rooms, and the breakfast had a lot to choose from. This is where I will be staying everytime I come to Franklin. the price was pretty good too.

This facility met all our expectations at the highest level. Lobby,common areas, and room very clean and well maintained, plenty of closet space, all supplies including coffemaker, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, toiletries, in room movies, in room internet access, TV remote, in room mini safe, air conditioner very quiet, staff very friendly and helpful. What more can I say? Oh yes, Continental breakfast very above average with make your own fresh waffle iron, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagles, toast, cereal assortment. We had everything we needed in all respects.
