This is a simple, relatively clean, single-story "motel" style lodging. Rooms are tired and old, but entirely satisfactory. The continental breakfast is a joke, but we didn't expect much for the rate we paid. It was advertised with a continental breakfast, which was inedible. A few stale bagels and muffins, Fruit Loops and some egg thing in tupperware you had to heat in the microwave. Otherwise, the room was clean and warm and OK for the price. Further away from town and from Ithaca College than we had thought.

Water does not flush in the toilet and in the sink. There was garbage from previous customers in the fridge. Coffee maker was not clean. We had two rooms for three days. One bottle of shampoo was given on the first day and not refiled. Water pressure in the shower is pathetic. The shower is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain.

this is the 2nd year in a row i've stayed at Rodeway inn. the room is always spotless,the staff,especially Patrick,are very friendly & accommodating. the location is ideally close to Ithaca college,many shopping areas & beautiful waterfalls. i look forward to coming back next year

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Rooms smaller than any we've seen at hotels, low ceilings, noisy AC in wall four feet from bed, two feet below ceiling. Must have been great in the 1950's. Quiet location.

We were their on a college visit and many hotels in the area were full. While this was not my first choice it was okay. The price was good. Not really thrilled. Room smelled very musty, and bathroom wasn't so clean. The heater/ AC needed a fresh filter. Beds were firm though, and sheets were clean. We were kind of turned off by a dirty earplug from the previous guests that was left on the nightstand. The staff was very helpful though.

Rooms are very spacious. Although the hotel is near to the road it is still a quiet place. People at the hotel were very helpful to us. They gave the right information about the place and help us find our way aroud. Cleanless has to be improved mostly in reception area. Our sofabed had the bedding from the previous guest. This hotel was clean and quiet, and we choose this room because it had 2 queen beds plus a pull out queen couch. We needed a room with 3 beds, as our two girls don't share a bed well together. The hotel staff were courteous and responsive when we requested extra pillows and blanket. The sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. The blanket had a burn hole […] in it. Older motel, not real clean. Just south of Ithaca so quick to Center Commons/ Ithaca College and Cornell--by car. Very close to Buttermilk Falls. Refrigerator didn't work.

I like whole milk in my coffee and on the second day the whole milk container was empty. HBO and free wireless in room. Free breakfast including some hot items. Shower and heat worked well in room. Down side is that location is removed from city center and you cannot really walk anywhere from the hotel. Safe and well renovated inside but outside of hotel could use some attention. Overall a good buy if price is a concern.
