Property amenities include two lighted tennis courts, a conference/party room and a lovely pond and bridge leading to the dune walkover located directly across the street from the beach. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Check-in is located at 11125 US Highway 98 West , Miramar Beach, FL. Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 10am. Check-in office will be open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
