Room was nice. We were only there at night. Came up for family visit. The only complaint we had is there was no luggage cart to use and my husband is disabled. Parking was not close to hallway, nor room. If had cart, would have been easier to unpack the car. Price for nightly stay was very good and allowed our dog to accompany us.

I've stayed at this hotel over a dozen times in the last four years. I have dogs and instead of making my family make room for me and big dogs when we come to town, we just stay here. It's a super easy place to get to, right onto the highway and GR is a ten minute drive. Great open spaces there to run the pups and they also enjoy the nature center right […] across the highway. I travel a lot without the dogs too and this is definitely not a Marriott or W (so don't expect a turn down service or dry cleaning services) but for the price, location and HUGE bonus of dogs being allowed, this place is AWESOME. the staff is great too; jessica the manager is helpful and sweet. stay here if you are looking to be economical and have dogs. Don't stay here if you are use to the amenities of the larger hotel names. Read more

Hot tub and pool out of service, on top of the above review. got sent to another hotel to use their pool and hot tub only to find their hot tub also out of service. The only thing your hotel did right was that you have awesome employees. But that's just not enough for a return visit to your hotel.

This was a very quick trip for my parents & I. Everyone was very helpful to us. I asked about a good restaurant to take my parents to for dinner (they are in their 80's) The girl at the desk told me to go the Rainbow Grill (Great food!). Thanks again!

The workers were great, very helpful. When we travel we don't need fancy but what we do need is a good price and clean. I have to admit my standards are high for cleanliness. Why is it so hard to give rooms a good vacuming maybe once a month? Like around the base of the beds and the walls. Spot clean walls, and wash the bed spreads. Staff was friendly and the room was nice. There was a minor problem with the bath tub, but not a deal-breaker. The hotel is right off the freeway, making it convenient. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet.

First of all, our reservations were messed up to due overbooking on their part....YOUR FAULT HOTEL 8. Secondly, why wouldn't the manager talk to the youth group leader about getting their kids out of the breakfast lobby instead of hanging out there while other guests were trying to get their breakfast as well???!!!!

The ice machine was our the first night but the staff kept our perishables in their office coolers for the night. The next day the ice machine was fixed. Other than that everything was what you would expect. We were close to the golf courses, restaurants, etc. and the price was right.

I didn't find any issue previous reviewers found, overall, it is a decent motel, and the front desk staff is very nice and show you everything you need to know. They have changed new management, i think that solve the prior issues.

I understand this was a bargain-priced hotel so I can't complain about the amenities, but the service and condition of the room was inexcusable. When we first arrived we were put in a room that had burn holes on the bedsheets and the lock on the door frame was broken off. When we called the front desk and told them about the lock, the girl flat out […] lied to us and said that all of the rooms have broken locks. Then we noticed that the air-conditioner was also broken (during a heat wave) so they finally agreed to move us to a different room, which had good locks but still had holes in the sheets. As if that weren't bad enough, the first two days we had the rooms cleaned, the cleaning crew left our door open for anyone to come in and steal whatever they wanted. We have stayed in a lot of hotels throughout the years and have never had our room left open even once, let alone two days in a row!!! We finally refused maid service on the last day. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money for better (or at least honest) service and to keep your belongings safe. Read more

we have stayed at this location before. The rooms are always clean and the people always friendly. We like it because it is cheap. The only downside was that this was the hottest week of the summer so far and the pool is still out of commission.

There was a spring sticking out of the side of the mattress. (Room 115) I scratched my leg on it. Just glad it was me and not my two yr old grandson. The pool was not open. I would have liked to have known that before I booked as we had booked for three nights and had a child with us.
