The key card in the door did not work well at all. Breakfast had no fresh fruit in the basket. We were there for 3 nights and items were not replenished in the breakfast choices. Could hear neighbors through the walls. Otherwise it was clean and staff friendly.

Freezer door had over 2" of ice on it making it unusable, phone did not work, tub was so filthy I went and got cleaner and cleaned it before using it, and there was hair on counter area. i told them of the freezer and phone next day. The door was swollen and was hard to open and close. The tub had hair all over it, had to wash the tub before we could take a bath/shower. The whirlpool jet, hot tub, whatever it is called, the lever to turn it on was broke. Help needs to know their job better. Our reservation was made over a month ahead and they were going to make us change rooms the second night until the manager was called in. The desk clerk was going to charge us again until the manager took care of the matter. Breakfast needs updated or better quality of food..

I've stayed in some pretty bad motels over the years but, this was one of the worse. The pillows lumpy and the bed hard as a rock. The towels were literally "see thru". The entire condition was horrible. It is in need of many upgrades! It's dated, wornout looking, Low grade of any amenities. The "Jacuzzi tub" was a joke.... two jets and small. Where to start.......first, this was the only motel that had a room available in Bartlesville on a Wednesday night, so I didn't have much of a choice. I have stayed in other Super 8s before and they were okay----we don't expect fancy in a Super 8. So, I got my room fairly quickly in the stinky, small lobby. All rooms have a door on the outside of the […] building, so there are no indoor hallways. The stairs had a rail that went halfway up and stopped. I almost fell once and had nothing to hold onto to steady myself. Inside the room, the mattress was like sleeping on cardboard. I'm not sure the sheets were clean.......I pulled back the comforter and they were very wrinkly and suspicious looking. There was a sofa sized chaise in the room, but it was so filthy that I wouldn't dare sit on it. In the bathroom, there were cobwebs around the mirror and the coffee pot was nasty.....hadn't been cleaned probably ever. Then I went into the tub/toilet area. HUGE letdown. The tub was jetted and the jets were brown and moldy looking. The actual tub wouldn't have held water anyway because there was apparently a hole in the bottom at some point and the tub was patched with what looked like the flimsy shower sides you might find in a camper. I was scared to death to stand in there very long for fear I might find myself in the room below me! There were also cracks in the sides of the tub. The dust was so thick on the fan and vent that I KNOW it has never been cleaned. GROSS! Read more

The room we had was very clean and nice. The only thing wrong was in the bathroom. The tub/shower with whirlpool jets needed to be replaced, it had paint chips on it and had been painted over it.
